Travelers Lodge - Motel in Salina - 245 S Broadway Blvd, USA

Rented 2 rooms because the power at our house was out. In both rooms the air conditioner was not working and rooms were run down. We did not stay and the would not give any kind of refund at all. I Will never go back and do not recommend this dump to anyone

STEER CLEAR! Honestly I'm shocked that this place still has a 3.2 star rating. Looks like some of the negative reviews are getting taken down. I'm not exaggerating, this place was GROSS. Beds had stains, dead bugs everywhere, dryer sheets between bed and wall to help cover up the smell, no shower head, extremely outdated and smelled badly of smoke. When someone talks about a dirty motel, this is what they mean. My fiancé and I still have nightmares about how dirty this place was last fall and we left not even 15 minutes after arriving and had to argue with management for our money back. Stayed at the Best Western for 20 extra bucks down the road, much cleaner and safer feeling.

Absolutely Excellent... You know anybody can say what they want... But, as far as know it's an amazing Motel.. I had an excellent experience here for a $40 room.. I had all the amenities.. A microwave, refrigerator, cable television, the bed was huge soft, warm and wonderful.. The place was clean and I had an incredible experience here.. I commend the owners of this place.. I give it 5 Stars. It may not be the cleanest, nicest motel around - it may not be an embassy suite BUT, I will definitely return here anytime very pleased with this place. Very dissatisfied !!! I paid 220.00 for one week. The room floors were no where near cleaned. Both lamps were broken and falling apart. Toilet flooded and the management blamed me wouldn't give me cleaning supplies, a mop or even towels to dry floor. No plunger in the bathroom. Smelled like stale smoke. Bathtub walls were rotting out and falling apart. I cant believe the owners and managmente are this lazy and trashy. It's really just pathetic how bad this room condition.

Paid for a room, went to the room, went in and walked back out, as I was not going to stay as it was very run down and not up to any standard, walked back in to the office and asked for a refund, was rudely told that since I had the key for 30 minutes, No refund. Asked why, and rudely told again that since I had the key, I would not get a refund. Would never recommend due to customer service.

If I could I would put no stars there were no smoke alarms, holes in the wall, knife marks in sheets, blankets and walls, blood stains on the mattress, no house keeping. The room is so disgusting we had to leave early.
