Traveler's Inn - Motel in Rosenberg - 3210 1st St, USA

The front desk was harsh and dismissive. The cleaning staff didn't do a good job cleaning the room from the last tenants leaving cobwebs all around the room towards the ceiling. Staff are only on site for a matter of a couple hours in the early morning. The manager and front desk staff also refuse to bring fresh linens even when it's a medical emergency. The door doesnt seal properly. Leaving a gap where several coins can fit. Letting lots of pests like flies, mosquitoes, and spiders to feast on you while you eat and sleep, as well as spoil your food. The door also doesn't latch or close easily making it easy to leave open and insecure. The AC unit runs but doesn't cool down well during the day. It took 2 days to make the room 72 degrees, and has to be ran at its lowest setting and strongest fan to maintain the temperature. The floor boards are uneven, causing a tripping hazard. In the middle of the floor is a massive burn mark. Around the bed legs are blood red stains that could be blood or rust but honestly I don't want to know. The furniture is also water damaged and chipped all over. There's very few outlets near the bathroom area and very little storage throughout the room. The room over all is very dim as there is no over head light except in the bathroom area. 4 lamps are provided but only 3 work and again are very dim. The bathroom is moldy and the doorstop is filled with what seems to be used and bloody tissue paper. There are stray rusty nails that serve no purpose in the shower towards the top, tall friends beware! The ceiling in the dressing area just outside the bathroom was also poorly patched and not even painted to match. There's even some sort of trash (possibly drug paraphernalia) in the light of the bathroom, and the bathroom vent leaks on your head when it rains, or after a shower no matter the temperature. The toilet lid also just doesn't sit on the back of the toilet well leading it to wobble and make alot of noise. The toilet also doesn't flush each time. The mattresses are glorified futon pads on a cheap prison bedframe that you can feel through the ultra light mattress. Say goodbye to your backs support! The stains around the beds legs are also quite disturbing. Even more disturbing is the evidence of smoking aftermath in a non smoking room. Such as cigarette burns on our pillows. The outlets on our bedside table are appearance only and do not work, the ones on the bedside lights however do work but are so loose one little tug sends the charger port clattering across the floor to get caught on the uneven boards. The only reason we came here is because our usual hotel was being redesigned. The front desk manager even came to our room as my fiance was packing to return to work a day early to stop us and play 20 questions as to why we where leaving despite being told we would complete our stay. Thank you to my fiance who made it seem like I wouldn't be alone. Red flag for my solo traveling friends! Happy to say we never want to nor will return here again.

I have to change my rating on this place e I had several situations arise here Owner refused ne the phone to call 911. I had to walk to store across the street fir help and when I was in hospital the maids boyfriend used master key to steal valuable and my car

This place is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. They have nice clean rooms & they are extremely nice at the front office.

This place is one of few hotels in the area that actually cares about customers. For the price and ease of access, it is a solid choice! Truck parking! And the owners are very nice and trying to take care of the place!

I had an extended stay a few weeks ago. Nice room, clean. TV had strange colors and needs to be replaced. Checking out was unpleasant. Attendant was very rude. Other than that, great price and great room.. Will definitely be back. Be nicer to people checking out, and maybe they'll come back.

Clean rooms,service Good and good location

The room and property was clean. No strong air freshener smell. No bugs. Comfortable bed. Chair outside each door. The young lady at check-in was very polite and professional. The young man at check-out, although awakened, was very nice. Wonderful and pleasant housekeeping lady and gentlemen.

The price was phenomenal. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The upkeep of the property seemed fantastic. I received very prompt and professional customer service while checking in. The WiFi is very efficient.I’ve been working on the road for five years now. This place hit a home run in all aspects. (Note: I carry my own toiletries, blow dryer , and iron.)
