I was pleasantly pleased with the room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Loved the bathroom. Refrigerator and microwave. Small loveseat and desk with comfortable chair. Coffee. Mostly the customer service was great and so accommodating. Even though the parking seems small, just ask at the desk. They have more parking available. We were there in a large truck and were able to park just fine over a busy weekend

It was ok for the price. Room was stuffy, hot and smelt REALLY bad of cleaner or perfume. AC didn't work, cold setting just blew regular air. Sheets and curtain in shower had brown stains, kind of worried us! Good location in the downtown, decent parking. Lady at the front desk worried us as they couldn't find our reservation at first.

Legitimately the worst room I've ever not stayed in. Staff was nice enough, but refused to refund me after I saw the disgusting condition that the room was in: black grease stains on the pillows, old blood stains on the sheets, giant tears in the sofa, musty smelling room, non-functioning AC unit, and worst of all...no pillow protectors. The pillows REEKED of sweat. I left and drove an hour and a half up to Portland and stayed in a different hotel. And guess what? Despite not even staying the night, they wouldn't refund me the cost of the room and after contacting them the following the day, claimed the reason was that I stayed the night. You'd have to PAY me to stay at this hotel: and that number would have to be 4 digits long.|DO NOT waste your money by staying here. There are MUCH better options within three blocks for the same price.

I recently stayed at the Travelers Inn for the NCAA Track and Field championship. Our room was well kept and clean. The staff was very nice during our check-in and our entire stay. When we left for the day and return to the room it was clean with new bedding and bathroom was neat and clean. Thanks Philip and your staff for a great stay.

Charged us Twice the going rate during the ice storm. (Price Gouging, in my opinion.) Woke up to the sounds of construction until 2:00 AM. Supposed to be a Non-Smoking hotel, but smoke kept drifting into our room from the hall. No breakfast or coffee for the $237 we spent. The only positives were a clean, warm room.

This review will probably inspire the owners to keep my 50.00-dollar deposit, which is 25.00 more than I've paid at any other place during this trip, but I will gladly pay it to tell you the owners are rude - it's probably because I showed up in a bikini top and athletic pants instead of my suit, but one of them even asked me (just based on my appearance as I was walking to my room) if she could help me, and this was after I had paid for my room. It made me feel quite unwelcome. Also, when I called to ask about the deposit reimbursement, I was obviously annoying the owner despite how hard I tried to be polite and explain I had to travel on a budget. All of that aside, there was old furniture and materials all over the place and the carpet in my room hadn't even properly been tacked down. Steeper discounts should be offered due to the state of reconstruction. The owners should take some time to learn about authentic hospitality.

The breakfast here is so much better than any big hotel we have been too. Tastes like real home cooking and juices are Not watered down. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Hospitality is fabulous. We were even allowed to leave our bags in the office after we checked out as we had hours to explore yet before our trip out.💚

This was a surprise find on a trip to Eugene. We went on our first night; but based on the owner, friendly atmosphere, and crowd, we went back each night we were in the area. George has the best selection of craft beers that I've seen, and his esta
