Travelers Inn & Suites - Hotel in Wharton - 1527 N Richmond Rd, USA

Bad service. I asked for shampoo because there was nothing in the hotel. He got mad because we asked him that can we get shampoo.

Last days there service was rude and horrible. Never going back. I dont recommend going there.

I have always enjoyed my stay here. The staff and owners have always been very friendly and courteous when I was there. The rooms are always clean and cool when I step in inside.

I have nothing to complain about Mr. Rick and Mrs. Amy are very pleasant people I would recommend it to anyone. People might think it's a diva but it's not. I have been here off and on for years drug's used to maybe be somewhat of a problem, but it's been cleaned up over the years. People really untate this place and they shouldn't. The owner's have gone above and beyond to help me an I greatly appreciate them. Travelers inn is the place to stay!💯

I am staying for work. The owner is super nice and very helpful. Hot water..warm comfy bed. And it is getting new updates daily. I think it is a great place. I'm not a fancy lady but it feels fancy.. well worth the bargain

Rick was so helpful, and accommodating. A pleasant greeting when we arrived with our team to stay while we were doing construction in the area. I really appreciated him being so considerate to our check in and checking out early. It was such a relief to deal with him, and he even went out of his way to credit us back when we had to cut our stay short.

It was last minute check in due to weather conditions. The office clerk was polite and professional. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it if you are in Wharton Texas.

The rooms looks like they tried to update them but, did a sorry job of doing so. The owner is very disrespectful to the guest and will not let you get a word in during a conversation. He looks for any reason to jack the price up on the room's. He treats the guest as if he is doing the guest a favor by letting you stay there. When I checked in, they said they have coffee in the morning for the guest. I might would get a cup every other day and he complained about me doing so. This hotel has serious water issues. It turns a dark brown to the point that even the washcloth looked like you threw it in a mud hole. They have low income families that live there with lots of kids in a double room that is always running up and down the stairs at night. Always screaming and, yelling.
