Travelers Inn - Motel in Manteca - 1106 W Yosemite Ave, USA

This room that the motel gave me was horrible, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet was mostly clogged, the door didn't lock and I didn't feel safe in here. Another reason why I rated this motel a 1 star is because the motel basically didn't have any lights except the lamps on the tables. Also, the electronics in here such as the television and the microwave didn't work most of the time. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone who is passing by and is near Manteca.

This place is in need of remodeling. Its old and outdated. The rooms are small and are kind of dirty. The staff is not friendly at all. The only thing I like aboe from the restraint next door parks there.ut this motel is its quiet most of the time. The wifi is not good at all. Parking is not available on weekends cause everyon

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean, a little outdated with an older TV. A glitch with the cable, was promptly fixed. No hair dryer. There was apples and package Danish for the free breakfast . Being diabetic I brought my own morning snack. Which is fine. The coffee great. Orange juice too. For the price it was worth it. I would stay again and bring my own hair dryer. 🙂

This is easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Anything nightmare you can think of that involves a hotel describes this place. Roaches running around. Dirty bed sheets. Room smelled horrible. Water wasn’t hot. The lady that claimed she was in charge was extremely rude. I swear I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

My father and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Not impressed at all. It was cheap and convenient but beyond that I can't think of any positives. First problem is I called on the phone to inquire about pricing and availability. I was quoted 180.00 for 3 nights. Upon arrival I was supposedly misunderstood and had only been quoted for a single bed. Then while standing at the desk the price changed 3 times. Yes this should have been enough to say run but we didn't. The one was sub par. Dingy stained walls, crappy 20 inch box TV, self exfoliating bath towels, and the list goes on. ||To some it up don't bother with this Motel obviously the only thing the owners care about maintaining is there new Mercedes in the driveway.

This is a budget accomodation option that I have used more than once on the way from SFO airport to Yosemite National Park. You can certainly make that drive in 4 hours or so but after a transatlantic flight you will likely be delayed getting out of San Francisco's eternal rush hour and negotiating the freeways as darkness and exhaustion sets in is not fun. Better to stay a night in Manteca, about halfway on Hw120. Next morning,refreshed, you can stock up on trail provisions and hiking equipment for your trip. All the required outlets are within a few minutes drive; Walmarts, Safeway, Big 5 Sporting etc||||The Travellers Inn is ideally situated on Yosemite Ave without any noisy road intersections nearby. Sure it looks a little tired and spartan from the kerbside but the reception and check-in was prompt and friendly. My room was quite large with plenty of space for the large and comfy king bed, presses, drawers, lights, armchair, table, luggage, microwave and fridge. There is a separate space for the loo, basin and shower cubicle. Water pressure was a little lower than I remembered but it was hot and there was plenty of it.||||There is a very well kitted out restaurant and a sort of sports bar adjoining the motel; Cabana del Sol. Food was fine in that griddle chef way that you find all over the USA. There was a plentiful array of local beers and imported drinks at the bar at reasonable rates. The service was attentive and friendly. Very handy that you dont need to drive anywhere. Patrons of the motel get a 15% discount.||||It's not the Ritz but I felt that the people running this place are doing a pretty good job. My night was comfortable, quiet and enjoyable for a total price of $70. On the return leg of my trip I stayed at the Best Western Executive Inn & Suites costing twice as much and really didn't think the extra was worth it. In fact the noisy freeway interchange was a real nuisance, the bath wouldn't drain properly and the area adjoining was a little downmarket. My recommendation; try the Travellers Inn

I had already killed one cricket then another was in my room. There are large gaps underneath the doors. I refused to stay. They did not give me my money back. I was only there an hour and half. I know it's a cheap motel but bugs are not an option for me. I told them I would complain unless they give me my money back. They refused.
