Travel Inn - Motel in Greensboro - 831 Greenhaven Dr, USA

Terrible place. My sister in law was stranded by her boyfriend at this motel. She had no money. We live in another state & called this place to pay for several days until she could get into a homeless shelter. The lady said they do not take payments over the phone. Even after we explained the situation she was very rude. I asked so you don't have a problem with leaving her stranded on the street with all the crazy people & illegals out there & she said no. I told her if something happened to her it was on her. She hung up on us. No compassion & not even an offer to check with management or anything else. Horrible person. Sure hope she never needs help & can't get it! Awful person.

The page says 59.00 I was charged $70.00...,. Took three tries to get a remote that worked for the TV...... Every hotel in America has coffee for their customers regular and this dump has none For its customers.... . Zero hospitality..... You're better off going down the road

I am not allowed to stay here because I have a service animal with the paperwork. I highly recommend nobody ever staying here. The place is absolutely horrible.I took a video of him telling I can’t stay but it won’t let me put it on here

I have stayed at Travel Inn for a year and it was going good at first until the cleaning guys was cleaning my room and they threw my tote bag in the trash with my belongings in it. When I asked for my bag back the staff wasn't no help at all. I will recommend you to clean up your own room if you don't and them cleaning guys clean it your belongings might get thrown away like mine did. I stay in room 252. The walls is chipped, no towels or washcloths. It's also Roaches roaming around the rooms. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. DON'T STAY HERE! Find something better with better Staff. They are horrible here at Travel Inn. You will not get a refund either.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Room was nasty, shower hadn't been cleaned. Bugs in room as well as stains on walls and towels. I ended up sleeping in my vehicle and was denied money back. Will not go back to this place. Negative: ""

The motel is located directly of the highway, but distant enough that traffic noises are not any issue. There is a gas station off the same exit. Front desk staff was friendly. There are vending machines for snacks/beverages and a laundry facility on-site. The room looked to have been recently renovated but was very unclean. Dusty grime build up from weeks or months of not being properly cleaned/maintained. The walls, counters, floors had food/liquid splashed onto and dried. The shower door and glass did not appear to have been cleaned ever. The bed was very old and dilapidated with large dark stains all over and down the sides of the box spring. Stains from bed bugs feces is noticeable the moment you walk in the door all around the sides of the box spring. I spotted several bed bugs. Front desk denied the presence of bed bugs, but there were areas that had dozens of carcasses mounded around on the side of the box spring that were clearly visible. There was dead roaches under the table and bed and along the wall. There were plumbing issues, the sink backing up. The room came with soap, lotion, shampoo or shower gel, and a roll of toilet paper already open. There was a lot of yelling, screaming, arguing outside at night. Not a safe atmosphere. Not family friendly. Would not recommend

The man at the front desk was nice open and honest

I stay here pretty often but the room service could be a lot better there was a week I stayed there an for three days straight they didn't have any clean towels an the ice machine was always out. An the vending machine always takes ur money been that way now for about 4 years so it's time for them to pick up some slack an maybe refurbish the rooms maybe or at least give it a new paint job they might get more attraction if the hotel didn't look like it's not been maintained for 10 years!
