Rooms are awful roaches very poorly managed. Maintenance guy African tall black guy gold teeth is a total jerk. Stay here only if you have no other choice.

Broken sinks nasty rooms no drawers in dresser no hospitality

I would give this place a -0 if I could stayed there 2 nights ago and what a pit. This place should not be open. Sleep in your car if this is the last option. The place is downright filthy. My dogs live better than this. For $70/night I would expect a clean room. We made the mistake when he asked if we wanted to see the room first we said no thinking it would be ok but as soon as we opened the door we knew better. ASK to see the room before you pay just so you can see for yourself. Look under the mattresses and bed. Take the sheets off and look. They are disgusting. Please save yourself the money and don't stay there. They don't deserve your hard earned money

Decent rooms... We have been here for about 5 days now, we havent seen any roaches and we havent had any bed bug issues. Rooms are a outdated but its a good place to lay your head for a few nights. Manager is nice. I just wish check out wasnt at 10:30

It took three tries to get the two bed room that I asked for. I had bed bug bites the first night. by the second night we had found three saringes under our mattress, blood on our blankets sheets pillows bed and bathroom. Not just specks, but large pools of blood. The shower drain didn't work, and the carpet was literally black instead of the tanish brown its supposed to be. We had later watched the housekeepers clean one of the rooms and saw that they didn't use a vacuum just swept the carpet with a broom. The air conditioner had black mold debri in it along with the towel holder, which was caked with black mold. Luckly we got a refund for our remaining nights. I don't know how the health department keeps this establishment occupant efficient.

Filthy, SERIOUSLY OUTDATED AND OVER PRICED. I do believe may be owned by Vampires😂 No mirrors just the remnants of where they used to hang. Bed was sagged like an old broke back work horse.

Great close by stores close to Dunn Bar District center of town. FL. Native of " Two Lee ville". Lee co. Ft. Myers FL. 2915 price st. is Grandma n family raised me. also Ben st. Now ! Taylor's ,Browns, ect.
