This is a small hotel but a hidden gem for travelers. The hotel was recently redone, new carpet, paint, mattress. The bed was VERY comfortable. The room was very clean. A breakfast is not provided but who cares when you can get a room of this quality for the price paid! There are restaurants close. McDonald's makes a great breakfast. Can recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing experience at this location. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. They didn't want anybody to visit us during our stay and even threatened to contact the police if anyone came to our room. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt as though I were being discriminated against. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not ever waste my money there again...

Place seemed sketchy lil noisy due to highway. however, prolly one of the most comfy bed ever at a hotel. It's cheap price and aesthetically but clean and comfy. I forgot my pillow and the staff was very helpful in getting it back ro me. I will stay here again

Traveling from S FL to Dallas we couldn't go any further so found Travel Inn with good ratings. Needed pet friendly as well. We couldn't be happier with decision if we tried. It was perfect. If you want a place to put your head down this is the spot. Our near 2yr old had a blast! Owner & staff were beyond pleasant and accommodating. It is definitely a "Don't judge a book by it's cover" place. We most definitely would stay there again. Rate matched what travel sites advertised.

My very good rating is based on the fact that, while it definitely feels like a motel, and not a hotel, it has all of the essentials you expect for a good stay, and even a few nice touches. It doesn't feel like luxury. That's for sure. But really, in terms of the things that count, I think this little inn is competitive with more polished establishments.||Room was clean. While I was there, it was nice and quiet (and I am particular about quiet. I travel with a large fan just in case I need it). I stayed in a room with a single king sized bed, non-smoking. It was roomy. Plenty of lighting (I am particular about lighting). You often read reviewers complaining that they had a non-smoking room that nevertheless smelled like smoke. Not a problem here. Did not smell smoke, or any other disagreeable odors, at all. No coffee maker, but no problem there. I always bring my own coffee (I am particular about coffee). And the room had a microfridge that works. Internet worked great, which is unusual for hotels in my experience. Maybe I was close to the router, or maybe the hotel wasn't busy so that traffic was down. Whatever, it worked. Room was a little hot when I got there. I'm sure they just had the AC turned down while it wasn't occupied. And, it's on the west side. And it's summer in Mississippi. However, before bedtime arrived, I had to cut down the AC.||Was a little worried when I arrived. The lobby where I checked in wasn't fancy. It definitely has a motel, not a hotel, feel about it. But, the man running the counter was nice and efficient. I was off to my room in a jiffy. Called the desk about the hotel wireless password, which they promptly helped me with. It's printed on the front of the telephone. They give you a good deal of instructions about keeping yourself and your valuables safe, which was a little disconcerting. But I didn't notice any shady looking guests. I was able to park right outside my room, and the parking lot was well lit. And the precautions they were suggesting are things we all know about, and should all follow whenever we travel, regardless of where we're staying.||For about $15-20 more per night, you can probably upgrade to a hotel with a bit more polish. But it probably won't be any better in terms of the essentials: clean, quiet, efficient service, and it might not be as good in terms of some of the little details I've mentioned: like lighting.||Some of the other hotels are bit further off of the interstate, so you don't hear the traffic quite as much when you walk out of the door. But, once in the room, you don't hear the traffic at all. At least I didn't in room 111. As far as being close to local attractions. Vicksburg is not that big. You can get to just about anywhere you want in short order, though you'll have to drive if you stay at Travel Inn. I don't know about other places.||All in all. I'd say it was a good place to stay. I'd stay again.

The pricing is average at best. The prices on a room as quoted was for one person, no pets and a non smoker. The king bed room was $55 plus tax and $65 plus tax on the weekends. The doubles were a straight $350 per week, since I am staying a few weeks. I was giving one of the ADA type rooms. The room is clean but average condition. There isn't any type of breakfast, no coffee pot in the room, and unreliable wifi. It is very basic room with a little microwave, old refrigerator, and a little 32 low quality flatscreen TV. For the price, there are better hotels nearby.

Now, all i want is a clean room, with a clean bed,and a bit of quiet. I will never come here again. Being next to a main road,i expected traffic noise. What i didnt count on was people outside my room shouting, being loud, well until the early hours.and the people in tge room above me sounded as though they had a baby elephant. Talking about rooms, mine had an awful 'funky' smell which extended to the ill fitting bedclothes. Took me half a can of deoderant to clear the air. Wallpaper peeling, decor that looked like it hadnt been changed since the 1970's. Nope, will not be returning.

Another one added to my collection! 🤙 Here is my take 1. Plenty of selection. They have all the classic donuts and the size of them is on the larger end of the scale 2. The icing itself is sort of a hybrid of royal and something else. Almost a p
