Everything was perfect! The rooms were clean and cozy. My stay was very quiet. Management was very accommodating to any of my needs. My flight was delayed so we got in really late and they were more than happy to check us into our room as late as we wanted. Overall the experience was wonderful, and I will be staying here anytime I come into town.
On s'attendait à beaucoup mieux.
Staff were welcoming. Rooms were cute, clean, cozy and unique. Someone had clearly put much thought into making guests feel comfortable and taken care of. The price was very reasonable, and I had a much better experience here that I would have had at just about any chain hotel.
I spent one night here as I only needed a place to sleep for an overnight trip. The value of this spot is worth what you’d expect at a hotel down the street for twice as much. The room was very clean and comfortable. We picked up our key from a box late at night and dropped it off before we left. You can text the staff if you have any needs and they are very helpful!
My husband and I stayed at this motel for one night before a cruise leaving from Port Canaveral and did the same thing about 18 months ago, so this was our second stay here. Our first stay here was great, which is why we decided to book again for this cruise. However, there were several issues ranging from minor inconvenience to a major safety concern that have made me rethink staying here in the future. To start with the minor inconveniences, we were missing hand soap in the bathroom and we got in late, so we just used body soap as hand soap. Our toilet paper roll was also empty on arrival, so we had to place a new one up ourselves. Not really a big deal, but just thought I should mention.
Now onto the serious concerns, shortly after we got into the room, we realized that there was not a single window in our room. I HATE waking up in the dark, so this was frustrating. However, I then started thinking about the potential major safety concern here-there’s only one point of egress from the room. If that were blocked in an emergency, you’d have no way out. There’s a tiny window in the bathroom that would be too small for most people to get through and also too high (I’d guess the bottom of the window was about 5ft off the ground). Windows must be no higher than 44 inches off the ground to be considered a point of egress, so I’m curious how they have not been cited for code violations.
Lastly, I noticed that there was no fire alarm in the ceiling (see attached picture). Turns out, it was sitting on top of the mini fridge and management just hadn’t bothered to mount it. For fire safety reasons, smoke detectors should ideally be mounted on the ceiling, but at least should be mounted high on a wall. Not sitting out at counter height.
I was extremely disappointed in this stay and likely won’t be back in the future due to the safety concerns noted above.
I was by myself and looking for a place to stay near the Space Center for my first visit there, and this place did not disappoint. There is a propane fire table, plenty of nearby foliage providing shade and atmosphere, outdoor furniture, and very clear signage out front to find the place. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge. The person I coordinated logistics with was communicative and very professional. There's also a nice bar next door with a great outdoor patio and fine people. I would definitely come back!
Positive: Very large clean and had a washer and dryer Negative: The A/C unit in the bedroom area was not in very good shape and was a little stuffy. The wall in the kitchen area wasn?t finished wasn?t a huge deal but would be an easy fix to make the space look more welcoming. Blinds would be nice for privacy.
The Travel Inn of Titusville is an amazing place to stay. Unique, quiet and cozy are my favorite things about it. The rooms are very clean, our shower was excellent and the rooms smell clean and fresh. The lady we booked with was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to and work with. After being on the road 11 hours we were so glad to be somewhere like this. ❤️ I would highly recommend it and definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
We had a lovely experience staying here! Dan was very friendly and provided a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were comfortable & felt like home. Everything was clean & we were even able to make dinner in our own kitchen! You canât find this anyw
A nice wine n beer bar with many selections and friendly staff and locals. Great stop off point to view rocket launches! Public parking nearby. The tapas are very good! The Titusville playhouse is only 2 blocks away and a short walking distance.
As the Starbucks boycott continues we decided to try this highly spoken of place called black cat coffee. It DID NOT disappoint! When you first walk in the aroma is already stronger and better than Starbucks. We bought 3 refreshers which cost us half
My son and I wanted to try a new place. The shop is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is a standard deli setup, order at the counter and they bring your food to you. The food was great. I had the expresso which is pretty much Cuban coffee. I
Took a ride from Jacksonville to visit friends and train at this location. Great location and great gym. I love how all the machines are grouped within the seperate rooms and easy to locate. The powerlifitng room was my favorite of course. There is p
Saw the humongous building from the outside while in the KSC explore tour.
Just amazing to imagine the number of rockets that have been assembled here and successfully launched!
Also, there is a part of the bridge kept at the visitor excess area whic
It was my first time there, and it was a great experience! The vibes were great, the food was good, the drinks were on point, and the music was epic! They treated us great for my birthday weekend.
