Travel Inn North Little Rock - Motel in North Little Rock - 5800 Pritchard Rd, USA

This was a poor hotel choice and not in a very good neighborhood. The room we stayed in smelt weird. Air and fridge worked good and that’s about all I can say. The coffee pot was dirty. The toilet paper holder broke off the wall. The bar holding the shower curtain looked like it was poorly patched in. Had a towel with stains and hair. Pillows had stains on them. Not worth the price. Spend more money and go somewhere else.

Decent room for the price. Surpisingly clean. Bathroom was clean. They even have an ironing board. The owner is very colorful and doesn’t pull any punches. A very interesting experience. This is an up and coming location. Very personable staff. I misplaced my key twice, and they helped me to remember to never do it again.

PICTURE OF THE LADY IS ON THE PICTURES!!!!! Horrible customer service. I booked a 4 night emergency stay for a lady who was in need. I showed up, told the lady at front I had a reservation. From the moment I walked and she laid eyes on me she was extremely RUDE. Demanding cash deposit ONLY. I explained to her when I booked I was not told about any cash deposit. I had no problem giving a deposit but she wouldn’t let me do it on my card(all hotels do card deposit) . Still demanding cash deposit only. It was 11:30 pm and she started talking to me like I was slow and not understanding what she was saying. Then started to talk with like an accent mocking me. I asked her to please get someone else. And she refused, told me it was my problem and walked away. Thankfully Priceline help me and refund my money. Hotel might not been bad, but customer service is horrible, rude and racist.

For the price you pay, I was very impressed with this place. The room was clean, and the water for the shower was high pressured and hot. The staff are very friendly and frankly go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. I saw where someone else mentioned a busted up staircase, I stayed here for 4 nights and never saw a single issue, although I'll agree there are no vending machines of any kind. The only reason for the 2 stars on location is because there aren't a lot of options for food within walking distance, and frankly, the place is located in one of the more ghetto looking sides of time. I didn't feel unsafe as I don't think many locals come around the hotels, but it's just knowing what's nearby.

This place could be cleaner but overall it's not horrible for the price. The surroundings and it's inhabitants are worse. The man at the desk is prompt and nice. You can tell they have dealt with the locals and have policies that reflect as much. It's as cheap as it gets for a workplace home base.

This motel is about as bad as it comes. I got a few choice words id like to use but I will not out of respect for the readers. First off the motel is a total toilet bowl. Its right in a bad neighborhood you don’t wanna be outside after dark. Second, if you got anything of value don’t leave it in your car over night providing you still plan on owning it tomorrow. theirs a homeless camp right behind the motel and people sleeping all around nearby stores and fields. The motel itself is pretty run down, WiFi is very slow and craps out often, floors are dirty and the rooms smell like grass and homeless. TV is extremely small, pipes back up often you'll find yourself unclogging them a lot. The door on my room don’t seal well I can see right under the door when people walk by. There is no elevators if you got to go upstairs just old rusted stairs that look like there gonna collapse at any time and ive only found 1 place that will deliver here because there all tired of getting robbed. theirs no kind of breakfast, they wont even open the lobby to you. just talk to the glass at the office. and only about 1 person at a time can fit in the office. i didn't see any kind of vending neither. Now lets talk about the owner a bit, this guy is a jerk and enjoys it. Hes mean, nasty, bitter person. Hes got nothing nice to say about anyone or anything. I been here about a week on a company job, im having to leave because of the coming solar eclipse, I was told I can not return because I don’t work long enough for his taste. I use to much of his electricity not working to sundown and being gone all day. well, i do apologize for making decent money in such a short window of time, ill try to do better. ive never not even once been late with the rent always a day early. (To the owner.) I know your gonna read this so, your a hateful miserable person for no reason. You ain’t had a single nice thing to say about any topic you spoke of my entire stay. Thank you for not allowing us to stay any longer I been telling my boss since we got here how much I hated this motel and how awful it is here. Now you forced his hand to move me. You sir, have the day and the life you deserve.

Rooms were clean, quite, cheap place if your traveling & needs a place to rest your head. Hard to get out of parking because of all the Interstate traffic. Close to many restaurants, shopping malls, and entertainment.

The rooms smelled horrible and for 2 days straight while staying here, someone stole medication and liquor out of my room! Plus the man overcharged me, twice!
