first of all, she gave us a room meant for smoking, which we didn't ask for. then she proceeded to gaslight us into saying we did and spoke to her. we didn't. anyway. we got locked into our room for a second because god knows what happened to the door. thankfully she changed our room only to find out the shower doesn't even turn on. the area isn't safe, and never will be considering we were asked if we "had a smoke for 2 dollars". we went to return our original key and find 2 dollars talking to 1 and they're both nearlry folded on the sidewalk. that should say enough.

This place is so outdated and run down! And thats putting it nicely! Its obvious that it was originally a Days Inn(back in its prime). Staff are nice but thats the ONLY positive thing I can say bout this place. All rooms are not cleaned properly. They thought it was ok to rent out a room to my friend with the bathroom door looking like this!?! Thats COMPLETELY unacceptable! You can tell owners don't try putting amy money back into the place. But to be fair, its in a high-drug area, with a lot of homeless ppl in the mile stretch from Higley Rd to Recker Rd. They let you pay cash with only a $50 deposit(Fifty dollars doesn't cover a lot of damage). No separation of Smoking or Non-Smoking rooms. They should feel embarrassed and shame renting out rooms with a bathroom door looking like that! A cheap door replacement is not that much money!?! Better not expect any privacy whilst in the bathroom cuz you ain't gettin it.. SMH 🤢😵😳🤯😬🙈🙉🙊👎🏻

Positive: They don't let you in the lobby and the window they have you go to is right next to a busy road. This makes it very hard to hear anything they say. and they changed me again and messed up the days I book. Negative: "" Negative: ""

the rooms where pretty gross. i’ve found better for 160$ a night. the people were nice, but for the way the rooms were i wouldn’t pay as much as i did even though it wasnt a lot. the shower didnt even work, the bed had hair ALL over it, the pillows had stains and hair all over it, the fridge was gross and you can just tell they dont clean well. i feel bad leaving this review because the people are sweet but i want to be truthful on my experience.

Owner lady friendly Room needs to be updated several lights would not work. The heat light in bathroom did not work switch on wall had no cover. Someone at 2.30 am would not stopp knocking until I told them to go away. Mentioned all these things guy wouldn't even respond. They could use new mattresses. For price not good

Room : BED Sheets were dirty 😞 As soon I sit on the bed, I got itching. Smell dirty 🥵, floor sticky. Bathroom : Does not have door knob 🤦 Service : First I was told No room available for just some hours to stay. So, I took 2 nights and there were room 😡 but I only stay for some hours that needed. Door : Look like someone try to open it from outside 😮. Pool : No water in the pool 🤣 Facility : Dope area ... 👉 Not recommended place , NOT A PLACE to rent when traveling with CHILDRENs 👈 THIS SHOULD BE NO ZERO ⭐ RATE

Rooms are below average. Basic everything needs lots of maintenance and upgrades... carpet feels sticky. Not big on their housekeeping we found make up brushes and pills right under the table in the room. Their showers work nice... but the shower curtain is rigged up so the water still floods the floor. If you travel with pets they want 20 a day. Homeless people hangout and drug activity.
