Horrible disgusting place 🤮🤮 horrible cleanliness the bed was disgusting more then disgusting the people literally quick clean each room at 11 and are done with ALL OF THEM by 12 1 o'clock latest there was broken drug paraphernalia in the drawer of the dresser when the power was out during hurricane Beryl we stayed there because it was the ONLY VACANT ROOM I SEE WHY THEY WERE VACANT HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! 🤢🤢🤮🤮 DEFINITELY NOT KID APPROPRIATE 😔 DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY ARE OPEN ... WE BOUGHT AN AIR MATTRESS FOR THOSE WONDERING HOW BAD IT REALLY WAS .I WAS TAUGHT TO BE GRATEFUL SO I WAS UNTIL MY POWER CAME BACK ON AFTER I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED THE ROOM ANOTHER DAY ASKED @5PM IF SOMEONE COULD USE ROOM UNTIL 11 AT CHECK OUT AND HE REFUSED SO I SAY THEN I WANT A DEDUCTED REFUND HE REFUSED TO DO A REFUND OR ALLOW ANYONE TO OCCUPY THE ROOM UNTIL CHECKOUT !!

Anything that would rate this dilapidated building more than 1 star is either crazy or an AI. You don't even have to get out of the car to see how bad of shape it is.

This is by far one of the best family owned businesses. The people are very humble and noble. And they always look out for their guest. Reminds me of an old time motel from the 70s or 80s.

Above my expectations Came over the weekend to Galveston but stayed at travel Inn because of the price and nearness to Galveston beach. It’s only a 10 minute drive. The Room was very clean and cozy. And I slept very well.

If only I could give zero stars... WOW... I have never been to a more horrible place than this in my life. When you pull into the parking lot it literally looks like something out of a movie.. like someone might chop you up in a little pieces if you stay here. So my husband went inside to ask if he could see a room because the place looks really sketchy and The extremely rude employee “Jenny” told him he needs to go somewhere else.. so we left and called to talk to a manager and she was extremely rude over the phone again and said the manager is not here and hung up on us!!!!!! I’ve never expected such horrible customer service in my life!

I often come here when i'm on vacation with my family, it's a nice and quiet place. The price of the room was cheap and worth it! Plus it's close to Galveston as well, which is a plus for me! The staff were nice and very helpful as well.

This is the worst place I could have rented a room. It was expensive. The room door would not open with the key they gave us. Holes in the doors and walls. Shower curtain had holes. One towel for 2 people. Microwave didn't have a place to plug in. Sheets, pillowcases and towel, were stained. Had to park our car a few rooms down. Wow! Never again, its ad game we needed a room for the night because we were out of town and it was late.

It's very bad I wouldn't recommend this to anyone but if you're in a budget like I was then go for it. The front desk lady was okay however, what really bothered me a lot was that there was one towel for two beds ??? Really?? Oh and there wasn't a full roll of toilet paper it was already pretty much used up lucky for me I had extra toilet paper with me.
