First class! Amazing transformation from my visit 7 years. Friendly manager, Perfect service. Pet friendly. Almost everything is new. No resemblancee to former motel. Exceeded all expectations Beautiful upscale furniture, well-lit room. Bathroom has molded seat in shower. Nice carpeting. Smells fresh.. Seven years ago I wanted never to come here again, but now this is my first choice compared to surrounding motels (Comfort Inn, Drury, etc) Outstanding value. Located next to fast food properties. The outside of motel doesn’t do justice to what is inside. This belong in bracket with 2 1/2 stars
Nice & clean!
Small rooms but we're barely there so didn't matter as long as clean and bed was comfortable.
Had refrigerator and microwave.
Staff was great & breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal, donuts, everything bagels, good coffee.
Shower with bench was 1 piece so very clean.
Mall behind it so great place to walk.
Quiet and great location.
Don't pass over this pet friendly gem. Staff are very friendly and professional, room and bathroom unbelievably clean and comfortable. Great coffee with a spotless breakfast area. Best shower I've had in over 3,000 miles. Thanks for the fabulous night.
We booked 2 rooms. 1 room with a king and sleeper sofa, and 1 room with a queen. When we checked in we were told they didn't have a king size available so they gave us a room with 2 queens instead. If I wanted two queen size beds that's what I would've booked! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! How can your bed request be changed without notifying you in advance. Also the first room smelled like smoke. They did switch the room however be prepared there's one hairdryer to be borrowed from the front desk for the entire hotel and the toiletries are VERY MINIMAL! If we had options we would've switched hotels but we are here for Rock the Country in Poplar Bluff and all hotels within an hour drive are booked! DO NOT BOOK at this hotel if you don't have to.
Don't let the low price scare you away! We stopped for one night after a long day of driving in the rain. Making reservation had been great. The young woman who checked us in was very nice and efficient. Walls were a little thin, but not really a problem. Clean room with a comfortable bed. We'll definitely stay here again!
This is a great hotel for a great price! We typically stay with the Holiday Inn or Hilton chains, but this trip our funds were severely limited so we gave the Travel Inn a try to save $$. We were not disappointed! The customer service is top notch! Hotel was comfortable and clean. The best part is they have waffles for breakfast and the shower is definitely high enough for someone who is over 6 ft tall, which is rare in any hotel!
Place was much better than expected. Very quiet. Very clean. No bad odors. Bed was comfy. Room was spacious and nice. Other than being outdated (which doesn't matter at all,) it was a great stay.
I didn’t have too much to say about the service after checking, I didn’t really see anyone. I slep there Fri 6/14 and Sat 6/15 left early Sunday morning itching like crazy. Covered in bed bug bites. I called to let them know and they said they’d look the room over. They aren’t very friendly or talkative. I stayed in room 102 close to the outside door.

Stayed a couple times. Always nice staff. Always a good room with a fridge and microwave. Never had any hassles. Huddle House is right across the parking lot in case you missed breakfast!
This is a stopover for us on way to TX Gulf Coast. Very clean restrooms, hot showers, reasonably priced, & friendly staff make this an easy choice. Add to this the Lambert's Restaurant (the home of "throwed rolls") & it's a great way to start our win
