Travel Inn - Motel in Los Angeles - 401 S Westlake Ave, USA

Ive stayed here quite a few times in the past and would always get the room with the jacuzzi was very spacious and private and the owner was always really nice about it. Its a pretty safe area and hotel room were always very clean. Owner also gives you your space and privacy. Hopefully that jacuzzi room is still available to book. :)

Lots of sketchy looking people in the general area. Lady at the front desk was helpful. However, she was very quiet and was scratching a lot, and seemed very tired. Take that for what you will. Rate was 130/night after tax. Going up to the room, noticed people in the parking area staring at us. Kinda felt sketched out. Room key was very out dated, but got the job done. Inside, the room SEEMED clean. But found hair which wasn't ours on the bed. Despite this, decided to sleep there anyway, which was a mistake. Itching all night and the next day. I suspect bed bugs. Other than that, everything worked in the room, it was just old and shabby.

I totally like it the room is sparkling clean.The hospitality and food offers was 100% of its best taste and quality.The room that we stayed there was very spacious and had excellent view I would like to stay in the same room the next time. Bravo

Very nice room, minor repairs like the door handle coming off the bathroom door are needed but nothing serious. Staff was very courteous and the check in went smoothly. $30 deposit was also cheap in comparison to hotels typical $100-200. I would stay again if I could find it for under $100 due to the fact Lyfe across the street is typically only $80 a night, $90 at most. If the owners are willing to work out a cheaper weekly or even possibly monthly rate (as long as it would be as significant savings) please contact me. I need to stay in this area and are looking for the best deal possible.

We arrived late at night and did not have trouble checking in. There wasn't a lot of parking on site. The room was clean. It was a smoking room and it definitely smelled like it. The king size bed was comfortable. Overall our stay was great for the price.

It's a budget motel in the city, but great for a night or two to crash. The room was clean / spacious / and had all the soaps / towels that we needed. The management was friendly and available at all hours of the day. ||Honestly, for the price, it really is unbeatable given the central location in the city. Friendly management. Great budget place to stay.

The room exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the air conditioning was amazing at keeping us cool during the few hot days we were there. There was a fridge, microwave, and tv. The staff was so nice and accommodating. I'm so happy I stayed here, I hope I can stay here next year. Within walking distance of small shops and restaurants, and not too far from a Rite Aid.
