Definition of under trained and under qualified drivers. Those in charge need to be fired for putting those dangerous drivers on the road.

The big question in management is "how do we retain more drivers?". The answer is simple, offer drivers a competitive wage to match the rising cost of living. Upon stating this on facebook, my comment was removed and I was blocked from commenting on any other posts from them. The truth of the matter is that they do not care what drivers think. And this why they have such a high turnover rate.

Stay away! It is a place where rudeness and maltreatment do flourish. They indeed mistreat you especially if you're black. I quit it in a week because the trainer's rudeness and harassment were unbearable.

Great crew to work for they even train you to get your CDL IN 2 WEEKS and put you right to work and you don't pay for school they pay you tell them that mike weir sent you please!

They don't treat you with respect! And by they I mean the front end loaders. Other than that they are a good company to drive For!

Their drives need to learn that if they put the phone down, they might drive better.
