My name is Julie and I’ve been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Training 4 life for several years. It has been nothing but a wonderful experience. Everyone is kind and helpful and genuinely wants their training partners to succeed. The gym is kept to high hygienic standards and I really appreciate the clean mats. If u are a woman or just small this is the place to be, challenging but always a safe training environment. Professor Chris Laciura attention to detail and ability to teach different body types drew me in right away. I could not recommend this facility and the instruction enough.

I signed both my boys up for similar reason however they are very much two different personalities. One I used to worry about being too rough with others and the other I needed to be more assertive, and stand up for himself. They both needed help with structure, self control, discipline, learn tools on how to control their emotion, and most importantly learn how to lose. Just from a couple of weeks I saw major differences in my boys. The thought of my little one ever putting his hands on someone isn't even a thought any more. My oldest holds himself with so much more confidence and strength and they both handle failure so much better. I highly recommend this program. My favorite parts are the life lesson talks Coach L. has with the kids at the end of every class. I often find myself finding them useful in my day to day.

Great environment. I’ve been training here for years and Jiu-Jitsu has truly changed my life. Chris is an awesome instructor always helping everyone reach their highest potential on the mats. BJJ is an amazing workout and I encourage anyone to give it a shot.
