Training Support Center (TADSS/EST) - Federal government office in Schofield Barracks - BLDG 1416, S Range Rd, USA

The staff there are so rude and show no empathy for soldiers during training. I got there one day with my gear and was told by the gentlemen at the front desk ‘’ Why are you here, class started at @0800?”. My leadership told our Command team I will be there at @830 due to traffic. I was unaware that doors shut for training at a specific time. However, in my previous unit they would take late soldiers in for training. The gentleman had poor customer service skills and never allowed me to plead my case. So I walked away disgruntled and told him “Learn how to talk to people”.
