Yes, my experience was great. I had lots of fun. The students were more than welcoming in the teachers and coaches were even better. They were more inviting than I ever thought they would be for a first time, and I had a great learning experience, and felt like I could progress with the class as I went, I felt very welcomed if I could take a second day (free) I definitely would. But that’s not saying it’s worth it cuz to me IT DEFINITELY IS. I definitely suggest trying it out. First ever gym like this and I think if I was to have a membership at one of these MMA gyms I’ll never go to a different one, first and best HERE. Thank You.

The free day went well, felt very welcomed the facility is great and coach Eric walked me through the workouts to get comfortable with them. The experience went so well decided I had to sign up and keep going to the classes.

Great gym! very knowledgable coaches, tons of mat space, full cage, and lots of bags and pads. Very good monthly price as well. Equipment rental available.

Been looking for a muay Thai gym for a while, took the trial class and couldn't be more impressed. Great team first atmosphere in the gym, great value for the money can basically train 2 to 3 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week, coach has a great coaching style very knowledgeable and willing to spend extra time with beginners. Great traditional muay Thai experience.

This place is awesome, I been looking for a boxing gym and I'd say this is definitely the place, I originally went to planet fitness but I didn't like it especially the random people there but when I started going here I felt more comfortable even though it's small with a lot of people, 10/10.

To say I miss this gym is an understatement. The coaches are fantastic, the monthly rates are beyond reasonable, and there is a sense of comradely behavior that doesn’t exist in many other places. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’ll be a great workout every class and you’ll begin to refine your techniques at an exponential rate.

This is a great gym to train at, everyone is training just like you are maybe even more. The coaches are great and they teach the classes in a way that keeps you on your toes, but you will definitely notice your improvement.

This establishment has an amazing atmosphere! the staff is friendly and welcoming (especially the gym puppers Morty and Ina) and the prices are fair especially for kids classes! My son has been going here about 4 days a week almost a year and he absolutely loves it! They have really fun open houses with marine life touch tanks, and bouncy houses, and cook outs for belt tests! They also have Combat nights! Very family friendly and the instructors are knowledgeable and nice!
