Trailers Inn RV of Spokane - RV park in Spokane Valley - 6021 E 4th Ave, USA

Spots are tight, parking is tight, rules are tight. We could not have our kitty enclosure out. Did not feel very pet friendly. The bathrooms were nice on the woman’s side but my boyfriend said the men’s bathroom would stink so bad without fail every single night and there is no ventilation in there…. We stayed for a month and that was enough for us! It wasn’t the worst park, but certainly not the best either! Employees were always kind, and mail could be delivered which was a plus. We did get yelled at by our neighbors early in the morning when we were packing up to go. I’ve never experienced nasty neighbors before that. Don’t stay here for a weekend, this is not a vacation park. This is for people who live in their RVs.

Yes this is a noisy, small sites RV park. But it more than makes up for it in the cleanliness of the park, the great staff and close knit community. Tina and her crew are amazing helping in any way they can. Bathrooms and other facilities are spotless. This was just what we needed close to my Cancer treatment center.

Pretty decent place! Quiet for the most part except some freeway noise. Clean and well kept. Trace has been a great addition to the staff and definitely has helped improve things around the park!

I filled out an online contact form for Trailers Inn. I wanted to know about the monthly rate. When the call back came in, the caller was overly rude. She said “There are two things that have to happen first. Your RV cannot be older than 2010. Second, we require a meet and greet with all those who will be staying before we approve” As she was speaking it occurred to me that a meet & greet would be difficult since I am in Arizona; on my way north, and my sister who would also be staying, lives on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Woman then proceeded to say, I see you have a pet. (My pet is a shihtzu), We require a 50.00 pet deposit, which was reasonable, and she mumbled incoherent about another pet fee. I asked her what she had said. She replied “And a 15.00 pet maintenance, per month, fee”. When I asked her what she meant by a maintenance fee, She said “to pick up your dogs poop!” I told her I pick up my own dogs poop. Then, she said “This seems to be the wrong place for you” & hung up on me. Truthfully, She was rude, but she was correct. It was the wrong place for my sister and I because we do not do business with rude people, and neither should you! We found a higher class place on a golf course in Deer Park.

Hmmm! All bull on here about Tina and the drugies in the park are from a former employee that is nolonger there .. The drama was there's ..ok enough said Traiers inn is a very clean safe pet friendly place Tina Donavan and trace are very helpful i have back issues and anytime I need any help they were there to help above and beyond never saying no . There is a sign in the office that says leaves a friend that is so true thank you friend hope to see you again. Thank you thank you thank you to the owner Donnie please remove the b.s. on here !!! Ok now for the grammar nazis have fun !!!!

DO NOT STAY AT TRAIKER INNS RV PARK. The current employee Tina is not only a horrible person with zero customer service skills but before she became an employee at this park, she was a guest and was known to sleep with prior management and other employees. Now that she is an employee she is sleeping with guests. She is an alcoholic and she also smokes and grows weed, she constantly smells like it. DO NOT LET HER PARK YOUR TRAILER, she's likely not sober. She enjoys drinking and getting high with other guests in the park. She is a liar and will say and do whatever she wants with the support of her despicable"friends" that also stay in the park. Since Tina has been hired, guests have complained, moved out, and the drama she starts within the park keeps everyone wondering what will happen next, which is a horrible feeling when it comes to where you live. She also allows druggies and child predators to stay in the park, so if your cool with those types of neighbors, give it a shot. Tina is a convicted drug dealer, she was arrested for selling drugs to MINORS, while running an unlicensed daycare (yes the daycare kids were at the residence while she would sell the drugs to the other kids) and all while growing Marijuana in the same house she was selling drugs and running an illegal daycare out of. A peice of work is an understatement. If you don't have kids, arnt married, don't care to keep your belongings nice and/or never plan to be in your trailer this place might work out for you. She is dragging this business down and unfortunately it seems management isn't stepping in fast enough. Guess they might see it when their parks business goes up in flames. 🤷‍♀️ Fortunately for me everything mentioned is fact and truth but unfortunately she will likely do what she can to get this removed because she doesn't want people to know the truth. I will attach a news article of her arrest but you can google Tina Jones and her mugshot pops right up as it is public information. I guess make better choices and you won't be put on blast.

This place is the worst out of all tailer and rv parks. They are rude, and judge the people who are trying to get there life's together. They don't care if you are poor. They will rip you off by not giving you back all the money you poored into that ridiculous place especially if you're on SSI. I highly do not recommend go there unless you are rich with money that most of us don't have. Which I don't think it is right how most of us gets treated when it comes money. They have no right discriminating anyone especially if you're disabled. It be awesome if I saw that rv park get trashed for all I care lol. Besides they don't care if your things get stolen. Its not there responsibility for what happens to your belongings.

I have family that lives in the park. It's well kept, bus super packed. Laundry services, showers and bath rooms ar decent.
