Everything is clean. Great private bathrooms with tiled showers or bathtub/shower combo. Also has a wheelchair access bathroom. Two nice grassy areas for dogs and supplies to clean up. Also a very handy store with lots of food stuffs and rv supplies/parts.

We love Trailer Villa. It's a great RV park in a perfect location for medical visits at Stanford. The management is absolutely top-notch, and friendly, everything is super clean and run like a well oiled machine. There's ample space for big rigs and huge pet areas. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are.

30 amp RV site - 75$ 50 amp RV site - 95$ Under route 101, noise from the highway Office hours until 5pm but there is a phone number for after hours service on the office window.

Very peaceful even though just off of 101. Only a half hour to SF if traffic cooperates. We booked a pull through site which was easy to navigate with our 40 foot 5th wheel and long bed truck. New section very well maintained with a mixture of overnight and long term guests. Lots of high end rv's. Older section maintained well with older rv's and mobile homes. Residents were very friendly to us. Lots of dogs, all on leash. Bathrooms accessible by passcode, each is an individual bathroom with toilet and either a standard shower, bathtub/shower or handicapped shower. 5 baths total. Beautiful night view of lights over the water. Propane and really nice little market on site. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for almost a year. I've had my RV at many places over the years, and this park had more of a crowded parking lot ambience. But the location is perfect. Most people were friendly. Staff was great. Costly for a RV spot, but less than apartments + utilities. Newer section nicer than old but more expensive. The remodeled bathrooms and showers were nice. Wash machines mostly worked. Little store at the corner has everything you'd ever need. And great fruits and vegetables. Tripped over a concrete ledge when I was walking outside at night. Needed an ambulance and a night in the hospital. But not the fault of the Park--I was a klutz. I might be there again next year.

TLDR: Stayed here for a week in a 43’ fifth wheel and would stay again. Pros: •VERY quiet. Peaceful. •Easy check-in. They had all our info outside and ready for us. •Felt very safe. •Pet friendly (designated dog areas and a huge grassy area for dogs. I do however wish it was fully fenced in) •Seemingly brand new back part of park. •Very clean sites (they were power washing vacant sites when we arrived) •Level sites •Laundry on site •30 min to City •on-site store that has everything you’d need •on-site propane •Sites are close but still roomier than most in the Bay Area. We still felt a sense of privacy unlike other parks. You get your site and the parking pad next to it •You actually have space to bring out awning •pull-thru sites •Full hookup 30/50 amp •Decent water pressure •Big rig friendly. We stayed with a 43’ fifth wheel with 4 slides. Cons: •There isn’t much to do in the immediate area •Older part of park can look a little run down but it is still better maintained than others •Harder to reach (I called many times before being able to speak with someone and never got a response to emails) Overall I recommend this park for short or long term stays.
