Went out for our 17th Anniversary and had a blast💥 The Food was so good. We had Smoked Wings and Fries. The House margarita was Delicious. Played Darts for the 1st time.
This was the only place open after 12am and what a beautiful, drunk haven it was. The drinks were delicious, the staff was super kind and considerate, and the FOOD. The food was immaculate. We had the smoked wings, tater tots and mozzarella sticks: perfection. For my first time going to a bar 🍻 it was pretty AMAZING. Would've taken a picture of the food if I didn't eat it so fast.
Went there for the first time and they charged my card for my order and the order of the person that I was with at the time. I called them the very next morning to let them know of the mistake and that I needed it refunded. The lady who answered the phone instead of being apologetic for the mistake she said “why dont I just get it from the person instead of having them reverse the charge” which is not an option and I explained that. She then proceeded to say wow in a sarcastic tone and asked if I even tried too get the money back from them. Very annoying and unprofessional. If you made the mistake you fix it it shouldnt be on me to.
