I had a great experience with Josh at Toxic's custom PC. He charged me a flat $50 diagnostic fee (other places will charge twice that), despite the fact I know he spent several hours trying to diagnose my issue. When he did, he called me and outlined everything clearly and gave me great options. He did the research and ordered my new part for me, and when it came damaged he returned my money for the part and found a work around for my issue - without asking for more money. He was really fast too, as he started working on my issue as soon as I dropped it off. Grateful for his work, and I'll be recommending him to anyone with PC issues.

I bought a gaming PC off Facebook took it to this guy to have him update all the hardware. Not only did he do everything I had asked he got this baby looking brand new. Fast, affordable, professional, and just a great guy to do business with. And he doesn't have that 3 month wait like all the other shops say.
