We enjoyed a repeat visit to 103B Townsend Place in Beaver Creek. The stay was great, both with location and accommodations. The unit is located within walking distance of a children's park, restaurants, walking trails, and ski lifts. Our unit featured a full kitchen, combo living/dining room, master suite, second bedroom, bath, and small balcony. The unit had upgraded flooring and other amenities since our last stay. We appreciated the unit's washer & dryer. Bed was firm and comfortable. Towels fluffy and ample. We found this a pleasant refuge during our busy 5 day stay. I highly recommend 103B Townsend Place and hope to return again in the future.

We booked for ski in ski out which it "sort of" was, excepting a very roundabout manner in which to get to the Beaver Creek main centre. The "welcome" sheet was more confusing than a life insurance contract, with different phone numbers and lock admission codes all over the sheet. Why not have one phone number, and one admission code? To boot, the changeover code was supposed to changeover at month's end, which it did not. |The unit itself, for the $ spent, did not include hi definition television, no amenities whatsoever, for example a few days later in our Vail unit there were the simple basics: sharp knives, foil, salt, pepper ( there were no less than four pairs of empty salt and pepper shakers!) hot sauce, etc....nothing at Townsend. The rule about ski boots not allowed in rooms ridiculous, in particular that no boot room supplied for proper drying. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. No housekeeping service in four days. There was a towel changeover however. Get rid of the old fashioned keys that incur a $45 charge|From the positive standpoint, the Beaver Creek transport "on request " service was awesome. The room was very spacious. The Beaver Creek Welcome Centre was super service, to the point where some emergency vehicle guys drove my wife back up to the mountain during a snowstorm, from the welcome centre, on their own accord.

We just stayed in A307 Townsend Place in Beaver Creek. It was great. The owner Kristi was available and helped make our stay wonderful. Thank you. The ski-in ski-out makes all the difference in the world. Amazing hot tub too. The interior is equipped with everything you need. ||We will be back!

Stayed at 307A Townsend Place. Incredibly convenient and a true ski-in and ski-out. The place is very clean, comes with a ski locker, and is a short walk to Beaver Creek Village. Kristi, the owner, is super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely rent again!

I have no issue with dated but do have an issue with cleanliness. We stayed in unit 301 in building B. Love the short walk to the ski trail to the Elkhorn lift and a relatively easy ski-in. It's a two block walk to the village. Those are the plusses. When we arrived my wife found pantyhose in one of the dresser drawers, there were dust bunnies on the tile floors, and pots that were put away dirty. Over the course of our stay my wife's white comfy socks turned dark tan. I couldn't even guess when the last time they washed the carpet. Even though house keeping vacuumed they did not move ottomans or coffee tables which had crumbs and fuzzies beneath them, The wall in the toilet room needed to be cleaned also - just stayed away from that side. The place needs a thorough cleaning. I shouldn't have to do anything but rinse dust out of rarely used pots, Housekeeping needs to be more observant - replace missing soap, if a towel is left for them, replace it don't just take it. The hot tub was not hot. The door from the garage into the building was never latched could just pull it open. The skylight in the upper bedroom leaked - told the front desk and they said it will stop dripping once it freezes when the temp drops - true but what if there wasn't 2 beds up there. Luckily it only dripped on 1 of the beds so there was still a dry bed for my mom. Also no offer fro a partial refund. Beds were comfortable but I truly wonder when the last time the comforter was washed. I realize I may be rambling a little as I try to remember everything. Let's just stay I probably would not stay here again even in a different unit - not worth the risk.

The units on the third floor are best, they have two levels master bedroom large on the first floor king bedroom on the second floor and some units have a small third bedroom. Nice kitchen dining area living area deck many of them have a gas grill on the deck new large hot tub easy ski in ski out just make sure it’s open and you already have your ticket. Each unit is owned independently some are platinum rated and some are tired

This is a review for unti 107. really nice. quick 5 minute walk to beaver creek village down a snow lined path.. you can actually ski back to the condo also from a run right by the strawberry lift. Lockers on the first floor are really easy to get to and use. Never got a chance to use the hottub but it does appear to be very popular. Very minimal amount of noise from neighbors. Kitchen is great, stocked with everything you could use. Downsides would be the blinds in the master bedroom are not block out of light so if you want to take a nap or sleep in, that's pretty hard because it gets a lot of light. Also the fireplace, we have never started a fire in here but two days we got back and there was smoke around the condo, so i think it's something called smoke inversion, which is talked about in the checkin guide.... I just didn't know this could happen to use when we didn't actually ever set a fire. I'm sure the middle area in between all of the condos would be a nice area to sit together but with covid everyone stays in their room. highly recommended.

First the Good the unit is comfortable. The unit has a full kitchen coffee makers and utensils and flatware. There are plenty of blankets and pillows and a washer dryer that had detergent on hand which allowed us to wash the towels and whatnot. It is ski on and ski off literally feet from the trail. Walk out to the parking lot past the hot tub and there’s a little foot bridge about 15 feet. Once over the bridge is the ski trail to the ELK lift is right there. ||The BAD! ||When I arrived the room was not ready at 4pm and I received messages that to be understanding as we were coming off the new year’s holiday weekend and they are back logged. But I had to access a unit during Covid to retrieve a parking pass that has not been cleaned, not a good way to start a vacation. Then while taking a shower the mirror fogged up to reveal that someone was very creative and drew a chicken on the mirror (very cute), but all that tells me is that they rushed through cleaning the room and was not as thorough as they should have been during covid which again is not very reassuring.||The WI-FI is not usable you're using the HOA common wi-fi which is being shared throughout the building. The wi-fi would allow me to connect but would drop off or has speeds of dial up. This was a major issue for me as I was expecting to do some work in the evenings and no matter the time of day or night it wasn’t any better. Now I get it, you’re in the mountains and on a shared Wi-Fi, but I would not offer it if this is the way it is. Now I did call Berkshire Hathaway and asked if they can call someone to reset the router or troubleshoot spoke to Mike and he stated “no one else complained” well what’s the difference?!? But I continued and asked see if he can get in touch with whoever owns or manages the Cisco router that attached to the xfinity modem and see if at they can at least reboot it? He said he will see what he can do, and I asked for a call back later in the day left my number with him. Never got a call back EVER! Called again the following day and left a message no one returned my calls. This is my gripe! I understand things break, internet in the mountains is what it is, but give your customers a courtesy call back. All I ask for is basic customer service as that is the industry you’re in. There must be something wrong with the management company from the top down because I said maybe it’s one bad apple so I called john the General Manger once I was home the following week to explain the issues. So that no one else should go through this. He wasn’t very understanding, because he said he will go up to the unit and run the same speed test from his phone that I ran and see for himself and was to get back to me. SURPRISE he never did! Guess it not just one bad apple! They know that if WI-fi is an issue or could have issues then why not have a couple of Hotspots on hand as loaners as a courtesy and if they need to hold a credit card for the day till its resolved then do so. Or require unit owners to have their own equipment before list it for rental. Or just return a call and be sincere about you’re deficiencies and most people will understand. ||Coming back one evening from dinner coming through the main door in building “A” I noticed a leak and I promptly called the night service to bring it to their attention. In the mean time I placed a pot under the leak so it would not damage the furniture and carpeting. Would you think they would call and follow-up nah why now? The next day I noticed that someone left a note on the couch saying its fixed and a hole in the sheet rock in the ceiling that the leak will stop eventually with the pot full of water. Anyone with common sense would then just leave the pot where it is until it does if that’s the case. Call back of thank you Nah why? What for? ||Walking up the inclined driveway to dinner I slipped on the ice. Thank god nothing happened, but why is there any ice on an inclined driveway when you have ice-free black top on the main road? Property management is very much lacking.||Hot tub was unusable for a day as someone very smart person decided to add soap and make a massive bubble bath. The pool guy was very nice saying sorry for the inconvenience and that he was emptying half the water out and it will take the night to fill up and heat up again.||||Check out is at 10am and they want you out no late check out (covid?)and they have very late check ins.
