Bed bugs. Room n.2 Full of it. Disgusting and unhealthfull. Dirty, not breakfast included but I prefer dont eat nothing there. Very old and the pool is Green. I hope is close. This place must close. I think the owners Know That, but they dont do nothing about.

The owner Ricky is an awesome person, family run business with clean well kept rooms.

I stayed here on my way to Texas. Nothing fancy, but appeared clean and safe. Satisfied for the money and left a good review. Booked a room on the way home. Found a roach in the bathroom and asked for another room. The staff did not believe be until I literally showed her where it was hiding. She gave me another room and I walked in to see the tub was being “being remodeled”. She was almost in tears and begged me to give her an opportunity to find me another room. I truly felt bad for her. I had to stand my ground, but she ended up refunding my money and I was on my way. I wish the best for them, but needed to update my review. Bugs are here, but I do think they’re trying their best to solve the problem.

This place is haunted not only that they have dirt rooms and don't change their mattresses. Their was a fresh bloody body imprint on my mattress. I was having horrible nightmares was being choked in my sleep. I was so disoriented when I left. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. On top of that they are rude have bugs and rooms are not clean. Strongly advise to go somewhere else especially if you have kids !

Rooms are dated but clean and somewhat kept up. Beds are very comfy. Cute place. Freshly painted inside and out. Perfect location downtown. Everything works except the ice machine and appears to have been broken for a long time. Sucks not having ice when it's so hot out. No real service to speak of except cleaning when you ask. Staff friendly. Rates not bad.

Seriously scary motel! I booked a king bed and got 2 doubles. Said its a non smoking room but wreaked of cigarettes. Burn holes in the blankets. Empty vodka bottle in one of the drawers(I'm a recovering alcoholic so thanks). Its old and had cobwebs on the ceiling. The owner just watches you all creepy every time you exit the room. My room was gone thru when I was gone(nothing missing). On the plus, air conditioning worked. Water worked and the bed was actually comfortable. I did bring my own pillows though. I would not recommend this place. Townhouse Motel in downtown Guthrie.

Stayed at the hotel for buisness. Politely asking before hand for an upstairs room as I needed to wake up and go to bed early and did not wish to be woken by other guests stomping about overhead. First off, the king beds are a myth. Me and a few others i knew that came up here for buisness booked seperated rooms at the Townhouse Motel via online and a few over the phone. All of us asked for king beds. Non of us got a king. In fact none of the rooms even have a kings sized bed. (Found this out after talking to a few of the other guests as well. Only 2 queens. Check in was rough as when I checked in, the older woman at the desk tried to charge me despite the room having already been payed for and me clearly stating that I had a buisness reservation under my name. In which she seemed to completely ignore me despite my efforts to tell her several times that I had a booking and an already paid for room. Charging my card anyway. When I asked why she charged me, she said that it was for the "holding fee". My card declining the payment, which I found odd as if it was just the room cost ($250 for 2 nights) and a $50 holding fee as stated then the charge Would have gone through. When I showed proof that I had already paid she then made a call and used the excuse of 'sorry this is first time online booking.' An odd note as I knew that one of my compatriots already had arrived hours before hand who also has his room booked online via the same method. Luckily I did get an upstairs room as asked, however upon entry I quickly noticed that it was not very clean nor was it what was paid for. The shower had hair in it, both beds had dirt and a rough hard spots on the sheets, the toilet had issues flushing, the sockets and lights hardly worked, and there were dried roaches, dirt, and hidden trash tucked into corners around the room and microwave. And, to my sadness, no king bed. When I asked for one the answer I received by the owner was "don't worry about it." before he ignored me to walk his dog. Refusing to talk any further or even allowing me to switch rooms due to it being gross. I was nice, polite, and quite the whole time, but was still treated poorly. The older woman who helps run the place (possible wife to the owner) was being super nosey throughout the whole stay following me around and staring me down the whole time with any chance she got. Even to the point where she harassed some of my friends who stopped by to say hello. Giving them the same treatment. The second day, after coming back to the hotel from my job I noticed that all of my bags had been pilfered through and quite a few things were out of place and missing. The bathroom had been tidied a bit (towels picked up, but not replaced) from a sub-par room service, but quite a few of the smaller things that I had sitting out on the work table in the main room were just gone. The bags on the desk also having been pillaged through. Luckily it wasn't anything too meaningful or expensive, but it definitely impeded my work as well as I had lost about $50 worth of supplies. In which I tried to again speak to the owner only to be completely ignored after finding out that the phone in the room doesn't even work! 😠 The whole place had terrible vibes and a very dark and sickening feel/energy to it (especially my room) After asking the others, all of my friends and coworkers had experienced it too. Only to find out a day later that the room I had been given had once been a murder scene. After check out, I received an email from my bank about a fraudulent charge which explained why the charge on my card did not go through. The Townhouse Motel had tried to charge me $2210.00 just for a 2 night stay!!! Trying to call them and ask if this was a mistake only yielded me a quick "It okay, goodbye" followed by a swift hang up and refusal to answer anymore calls. This place is the most fraudulent and horrid place I have ever stayed in and I will Never stay here again!!!

i have to give this place 5 stars because of how well i was treated during my stay. i arrived late in the evening on my Harley after being in an accident. i didnt know at the time my foot/ankle was broke(found out next day at urgent care). im sure i looked rough.. leather, scruffy, a bit dirty from accident; but was treated nicely and given ground floor room with parking directly infront of my room as requested. The next day staff assisted me with finding transportation local trolley service) so i could see about my injuries. i was in Texas visiting family and on my way back home to Nebraska when i had the accident. There was noone really close to me that could be of much help. i had to stay an additional night so i could get a uhaul to get my bike back which i was unable to load. an elderly man, his granddaughter, and the couple running the motel loaded and secured my harley for me. The cleaning lady and lady running the motel loaded up all of my personal belongings from my room to the truck. i could have done none of this on my own. (the night of my arrival i was certainly operating on pure adrenaline). sure the place is a bit dated and could use some upgrades if someone wants to critique the place, but the hospitality i was shown and given during my stay surpasses anything negative anyone can say about this place. i have stayed at many high end hotels and never been shown the true kindness and genuine concern that i received at this establishment. i would go out of my way to stay there again if i am ever somewhat close and needed a place to rest for the night. Thanks to the staff for all of thier help and thier genuine kindness and hospitality. They are greatly appreciated and second to none in my book.

Good, basic American menu. Prices good, food better. Service varies but reflects experience level of waitress. It's not like tips are going to be huge serving chicken strips. Turnover needs to be expected.
