Very spacious entry and lounge area. We have been fortunate to meet some great people at the all important front desk. This group was probably the most professional we have encountered, and we met about 6 or more different crew members.||There are two spacious elevators that run as efficiently as one would hope, but is not typically the norm. There were several larger groups of guests, but that was barely noticeable.||Room was spacious. Closet was great. Room for suitcase clothing on hangers and in drawers, and a mirror. Bed was comfortable. Heating/cooling worked well. Spacious bathroom, and an ample work space. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee maker, burner tops, microwave, toaster oven- plates, glasses, mugs, paper towels, hand towels, etc. Sitting area as well in the room.||Bar area is meticulous and well run. We did not have the breakfast so can’t speak to that.||All in all, a very positive, all around, experience.

Downgraded our room from a 2 bed to a 1 bed with a low quality roll away ( that was not made or set up) without telling us. There is 4 adults on this trip. When asked why, they would not provide a reason. The rollaway is a twin bed. Not big enough for two adults. Reservation was made over a year ago. No refund for the inconvenience, No discount for changing our reservation. Highly unprofessional.

I booked a room with them months ago to be nearer to Gillette for a concert for a reasonable price. Less than a week before the concert they cancelled my stay saying it was "circumstances beyond their control". They rebooked me in Marlboro which is NO WHERE near where I need to me. I think they either overbooked or cancelled my reservation because I got the room before they jacked up their prices. Don't waste your time or money "trying" to stay here.

Great, very helpful staff. Breakfast is disappointing for vegetarians. It has a small swimming pool, just long enough to get a few laps in. Plenty of parking. Try to get a room away from the highway, as the constant drone of 495 makes it difficult to sleep. Rooms are clean and have a small kitchenette, which is very useful. Nothing is walkable from there. Even though the target and stop & shop were less than a mile away, one has to drive. Overall a pleasant stay.

Look under your bed mattress! there were so many opened bottles of beer cans as well as blood stains on my bed sheet. I then called maitnence for more sheets, and they ended up never coming. Terrible. I slept with a towel under me, and a towel over me. people at front desk were nice though.

The room is clean and spacious. Loved the set up. Would definitely stay here again
