Very satisfied with my experience here! :D The room was clean and respectable. But what made the stay so pleasant and enjoyable was the staff!! From the front desk to the maids, everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! :) Would strongly recommend this place! And the staff deserves a raise!! XD
The front desk person was quite pleasant and profressional during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Having a kitchenette was great. Although the TownePlace brand is fairly basic, it was perfectly fine, and the location downtown is really convenient. This is a place definitely to consider when staying in the Williamsport area!
We ended up staying last minute for 2 nights. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The 2 bedroom suite we got was very well stocked with all the stuff you would need to cook and eat. There's even a dishwasher for your dishes! The suite was clean and VERY nice! Definitely recommend staying here!
Nathan at the front desk is so helpful and kind - really appreciated for two late-night, late-check-in travelers who were so grateful for someone who genuinely cared about making sure we got into our room safely! Room itself is also really modern and exceeded expectations.
Rooms are very nice. Parking garage across the street is good up to 7 ft tall. Breakfast was meh. Heard some loud vehicles on road overnight.

Not bad a good hotel the swimming pool is kinda small but still a good swimming pool so yeah and the breakfast is good I liked the waffles the only issue, you have to make them so for kids it might be complicated
I’m here on business for a 2 week stay. After a week in I can report that everything is so far so good. From the moment I arrived the front desk staff has been pleasant, kind, informative, and helpful. The room is clean, everything works, bed is comfortable….not much more one could ask. The hotel offers a continental breakfast every morning and endless coffee throughout the day. The gym is a bit small but I was the only one in there so it worked out perfectly for me. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Williamsport.
