TownePlace Suites Westport - Hotel in Westport - 41 Old Bedford Rd, USA

Went with some friends for the weekend for a girls trip and we loved it!! The GM Sophia and Front desk Mandi were super sweet and gave us a few ideas of things to do for the weekend. Our flight got in early and they even checked us in early. The rooms were amazing and felt like I was on a niceeee vacation. Will definitely be back.

Clean and modern just like other Townplace properties. These are not high end; inexpensive fit out; but modern and nice lighting. Breakfast was above average and staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spacious and include a small but functional galley-style kitchen.

I love Towneplace suites in Westport!! The bedding and the pillows were so comfy and the room was spacious and had some really cool upgrades like closet storage and blinds that you could control from a button on the wall. The staff were friendly and I especially want to give a shout out to Diane who handles the breakfast every morning she is very sweet and kind. My mother had a stroke a couple years back so her balance is off and when she spilled her coffee in the morning Diane was quick to help us out, she was compassionate and caring towards my mom and my family. She 100% made our trip great and I really think that she should get the recognition that she deserves for being such an amazing woman. Thank you ❤️

Front desk staff fantastic. They were polite, professional and very accommodating. They were able to provide me with both early checkin and late checkout at 2:00 p.m. Rooms were clean and very nice. Loved full sized fridge. Crazy amount of usb plugs and outlets. Excellent water pressure in shower. 5 star experience!

Nice property. Room outfitted with everything needed for longer stays. Beds comfortable and air conditioning quiet.|We chose hotel for its proximity to Tiverton RI and Horseneck beach. ||Though it’s near a busy road, the rooms are very quiet.||Nice breakfast in the AM with sausage, eggs, oatmeal, muffins, pancakes and more.||Two grills outside for those wanting to cook dinner. Little patio area amongst hydrangeas with comfortable chair and couches. Nice place to share a glass of wine.||Small indoor pool.||Staff very nice and attentive.

Nice hotel with lots of good features. Room is spacious and set up for long term stay. I booked a government rate and planned to stay 3 weeks. I checked in August 31st 2024. The front desk clerk requested my government ID, which I provided. She then said I needed a government credit card to get the government rate, which I did not have. I have stayed at several Marriott and other hotels using government rate and have never been told I had to use a government credit card. I requested to cancel my reservation, but she informed me I would be charged 1 night stay at the government rate, which I would not be able to get if i stayed that night. My room rate increased by $60 a night and $150 for their week. I thwn asked if there was a penalty for checking out earlier than the scheduled check out date. She said no but I had to inform the front desk before 7am that I was checking out that day or I would be charged another night. Hotel policy. I am checking out tomorrow. This hotel is losing a room for 3 weeks because of hotel policy, or front desk personnel incompetence. The hotel pariing lot is not halfway full. They definitely need the business. I am Titanium Elite Marriott reward member.

Good hotel stayed here on a business trip. polite staff. Good breakfast variety. Oatmeal at breakfast can be replaced with something more tasty menu. For some reason wifi. Has problems connecting everyday. I took almost 30 attempts of logging in to connect to wifi. The rooms are good and clean. An outside seat is available with bbq grill options. The gym area is enough for 3 people to workout at a time after that it will get crowded. The pool is good with 4.5 ft depth n 7 people at max. No shower room near the pool. You will have a shower in your hotel room and then come to use the pool.

Room was filthy. My family stays with Marriott quite often as rewards members and this is by far the worst we have ever encountered for cleanliness. The floors were sticky and slick, my husband slipped and hurt his back. We arrived with a bug on our bed, had it not been so late we would have left immediately. Service was horrible. We booked online under military/ government rate and the price increased by over $50 upon arrival even with government ID because we did not use a government credit card. Under military rates we have never been required to use our government credit cards and would have not booked here if known we would not receive the accurate rates. Do not recommend this hotel. Hoping we did not carry any critters home with us. Bathroom shower was molded with the metal drain piece sitting on the shower. The toilet was leaking from the bottom. This hotel was not the usual Marriott standard you can count on.
