We enjoyed our stay. The front desk clerk, Kalina (or Kaline?), displayed friendly customer service. Check in went quickly. We were impressed with our accommodations. The room came with a full refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and dishes. The bed was comfy. The pool’s temperature was perfectly set. The pool is available 24 hours a day. When passing through Twin Falls we will plan on staying here again.
Not too far off on interstate. Property is new and well maintained. Hands down the warmest and most delightful hotel swimming pool and jacuzzi. Near a Starbucks and other fast food restaurants. Close to grocery stores.
Super convenient to the Canyon trail for a nice walk.
Front desk staff was very friendly and kind. A one bedroom worked well for our family of four.
Best limited-stay property we’ve been to in a few years. Thank you!
This hotel was wonderful. We got in late and we're excited to find that the pool was open 24 hours. The room was clean and spacious. The night front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. I would stay here again.
I always stay here when I'm visiting. I love the options of the kitchen set up because i can only eat out so much in one visit. The rooms are well maintained, their service is great and there is plenty of parking. It has all the amenities you would want in a hotel, pool, gym, hot tub, and a patio with grills.
If you need extra cookware or tools, check in with front desk and they will usually have something for you.
If you want a room with an oven, make sure you buy ok a king suite. All the other rooms will have your standard electric cooktop, freezer, fridge dishwasher, sink and microwave.
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Small kitchenette in the rooms which was very convenient. Breakfast was yummy with workout facilities open 24/7. There is a Walgreens, Starbucks and Culver's that you can walk to and lots more close by stores & restaurants a short drive away. Not a fan on having the incidental fee hang out on your account for almost a week before it goes away was the only negative.
This hotel is great! I’m not sure why the ratings aren’t higher. The staff was friendly and provided an upgrade as a Platinum. The living room area of the one bedroom suite is large even with the sofa bed in use and the kitchen included an oven. Standard TownePlace breakfast was filling.
Customer service was rude and not helpful. The front desk was inept and double billed two different bills for the same room and it has taken forever to get funds released for the wrong billing which they admitted they did by mistake. The manager did nothing to help and when I called the card company they said it was because the hotel puts 30 day holds on credit cards, which is wrong, especially when they screw up and lie to you about how long it will be on the card. When I called the manager, it was very clear the manager did not care and was not willing to do anything to remedy the situation. I called and left a message for the regional manager to call me and still haven't heard from them. The speed of the leader is the speed of the pack and it is clear, the leadership here is horrible! Don't stay here, it is not worth the headache!!
We checked in around midnight and reception desk didn’t bother to hide their annoyance with us. We asked for a quiet room - they said, you are going to be fine and gave us a room on the middle floor close to maintenance. The room had residue of somebody’s hair in the bathroom, dirty towels and bed linen. We were so exhausted to try to receive decent service that we had to make it work. When we were checking out and the reception desk asked us how was it, I said not good at all. They just said, ok, you are good to go. I was so shocked that I asked again and received the same answer. Marriott standards just keep getting lower and lower. Seems like they take advantage of travelers because they are right near the highway to Washington. We will avoid Marriott and this hotel in the future.
