TownePlace Suites St. Louis Chesterfield - Hotel in Chesterfield - 748 Premium Way, USA

This hotel is an exceptional representative of what a hotel should be! It offers outstanding customer service and amenities, is newly renovated, has a spacious room, a large kitchenette that's pretty much a full kitchen, and a "free" breakfast. In addition, it has fantastic highway access, is close to the action "The Valley" brings, and feels relatively safe! Their beds are pretty comfortable; I fell asleep minutes after closing my eyes. I've always had great stays with TownePlace Suites, but after this stay, they might be my favored hotel brand from here on out!

Had a good experience overall at the hotel, however my shower was absolutely terrible. There was no cold water whatsoever. It was all blazing hot. Otherwise the staff was absolutely amazing. The food isn't the greatest in the world, but it's in a good spot for where I needed it

My stay was four nights. I had a nice, clean room ready for me to live in. Very tastefully designed hotel and room. Breakfast was nothing to scream and shout over but as long as the coffee is good, I'm good.

It’s was my first time here. Was itching my whole 2 day stay.. they need to check for bed bugs and clean the pool at least 1-2 times a week.. along with washing the linens in super hot water. I wasn’t itching until I got here. The breakfast is free but could be better. It was a lot of bread foods for breakfast my first day without any meat. ( biscuits, pancakes and eggs) The indoor pool is heated but it’s on super low heat.. they can warm it up way more. The staff was decent. The water pressure in my shower was super low but the water was hot which is good. I like it has a little kitchen with dishes and a pot or two to cook. And a full size fridge with a real freezer.. not a mini fridge. The couch has a pull out bed which is great if you have someone with you like kids. Not a lot to eat near by. You have to go to st.louis to get something to eat. I like as well how the tv is mounted on thew wall facing the bed and it turns.

Very nice rooms, with plenty of space and good quality. Only minus would have been water pressure in the showers. Otherwise great!

Frequent traveler here and this Marriott property is a class act. Seems brand new, not sure if it is. Room was updated, stocked, comfortable and so was the lobby, breakfast area and grounds. To other less than par properties, you should come by and check out this one to see how it's done!

My check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk lady failed to acknowledge my Dimond membership, showing a lack of interest in customer loyalty. She provided no information about breakfast or the hotel, forcing me to search online. Her unfriendly demeanor added to the overall dissatisfaction. The room's design choice of no shower doors was impractical; the constant influx of cold air during showers made the experience uncomfortable. A rethink on shower design would greatly improve guest satisfaction.

Good hotel, rooms were well-kept and clean. My only complaint is that the front desk agent was on a personal FaceTime call, was a bit unsettling as I gave them my information.
