Pretty nice hotel, clean. The lady at the check-in yesterday (Sunda July 14) afternoon was so rude and disrespectful. She really needs to work on her people skills. That is what made the 3-star Nice pool and little outdoor patio. I made the photo mirror blurry because I didn't want to be part of the pictures. Room was clean but weird how it's arranged. The bathroom door right in front of the bed, and TV more to the desk. We wasn't able to stay for breakfast.

Not very nice for amount of money spent to stay here. First room we got wasn't clean so we had to change rooms. 2nd room wasn't much better. Furniture and carpet were gross. Water stains on ceiling, bathroom sink clogged, mold in shower, TV disconnected. We aren't complainers, and I don't write reviews, but after such a bad experience I'd warn travelers against spending $200 plus on a night in a hotel that doesn't appear very well run. I'd would have thought better of a Mariott. Would not recommend this place until they make some much needed changes.

Positive: Right off the highway, so the location is great. It?s way to get to and there?s some food options close by. Negative: It was dirty. Iron left black spots all over my white shirt that I had to iron on the bed because the ironing board was covered in cheese??? Front desk said our room number aloud and I?m not so sure that?s ok. I understand this is a no-no in hotels.

Booked a month in advance and paid in full, arrived day of and was asked for ID and card for incidentals. All good except they immediately charged me $30 and didn't tell me? Still not sure if that's a hold that will fall off or not. Email says check out 12pm yet house cleaning comes barging in at 11:20 and then phone rings asking if I need more time since checkout was 11am. There was someone's leftovers in the fridge and could have been a little cleaner. Half the cabinet doors hung open and it just looked cheap. Oh and 2 cops came rolling in yelling at the receptionist for calling on people there for no reason, the cop explaining that there was no crime or victim was comical. Can't say we'll be back. My receipt says 4 guests but my booking said 2 and there were only 2, wondering if they're trying to sneak another fee in later.

Nice enough place to say if people weren't partying until 430am in front of the building (guests). Tried to call front desk to ask quiet so people could sleep but phone dead. Hotel only 2 years old but already starting to show age. Otherwise nice suites close to Montage and Scranton

The location is great but the first thing I noticed was a lack of water and refreshments to purchase from the front desk. After getting to our room, the room has been around the block a few times (patches, unmatched paint, stains and tears on the couch cushions) but is otherwise seemingly clean. While preparing for bed, the pull out couch bed had no bedding and there was no extra bedding left in the room for it. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered or returned my call. There are no trash bags for the trash can in the kitchen and there is not a trash can for the bathroom. Ugh. Simple things would have helped this review such as having water to purchase, bedding that we needed and trash cans and bags.

The hotel was filthy, outside garbage cans were overflowing, public areas had dirt and debris on carpet, counters, and furniture. The room was not cleaned before we checked-in, more on this in a minute. When the group I was with checked in at 7PM, we were told there were no rooms available on a reservation made 10 months prior. We waited 45 minutes for the front desk clerk to get in contact with the manager that was nowhere to be found and all she did was hurry and have some people change the sheets and bring towels to the unclean room. Poorly managed and filthy hotel. I did not make the reservation and I will never return to this hotel again. I have nothing nice to say about this place, not even the free breakfast was worth it.

This hotel was okay. The bathroom floor looked like it needed to be mopped. There was no tv remote in the room. The kitchenette was missing pots ,pans and flatware. The desk clerk did look for a frying pan and tv remote. I had to ask for extra blanket for the pull out couch.
