TownePlace Suites San Antonio Universal City/Live Oak - Hotel in Selma - 15510 I-35, USA

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. During our nearly three-week stay, the staff consistently provided friendly and helpful service, making us feel welcome and addressing all our needs. Daniel even assisted us with our luggage upon our very early morning arrival from Hawaii. The spacious rooms were well-equipped, and the breakfast was always ample and easily accessible. The bartender was excellent, and the gym was well-equipped. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Hotel was beautiful. The pool was awesome. The outdoor grilling area. The only minor problems we had with the room was that the disposal was broken and one of the toilet paper holders. Customer service was great. We would stay here again. Loved all that was provided in the room.

Unfortunately this location is not clean in the elevator, the rooms, nor the hallways. When you stay here just remember that you’re breathing in other people’s filth. I had to go through the rooms and clean everything because nothing was cleaned like it should be. There was residue in each crevice and surface. The WiFi does not work. The housekeepers are nice but do not complete the job as they should. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m not up for using the same towels over and over. We had to continuously ask for wash cloths and to get a full service on specific days. But half the time they do not show up. The floors need to be shampooed like yesterday.

Family Reunion, pay the extra for golf/wildlife view. Double Queen suite bigger than King, both super cozy & comfortable, walk in showers, awesome closet. Outstanding double Grills for steaks, chatted the breeze with other guests while soaking in the views. Pristine sparkling pool just right. Loved the easy access stairs! Only ding is the extras seen under the bathroom sink.

I stayed at this location this past weekend, and service was excellent! Stephanie, at the front desk was amazing! She was friendly and acknowledged my status! I brought my daughter for a stay cation and booked a king with a sofa pull out. Stephanie was kind enough to put me into 2 queens with much more space. We love this location and will definitely return!

Pretty new hotel that is located close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Daniel at the front desk was super friendly and helped us figure out options for potentially extending our stay because we were waiting for power to come back in our home in Houston after the hurricane. Very thankful for the care and friendliness we received from their staff given the circumstances. Also, their coffee and hot breakfast was pretty good!

We stayed at the TownePlace suits for 85 days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed towels or the rooms to be cleaned they would do it right away. We were treated like family. The suits that we stayed at were very clean and nice smelling. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice all of the time. I think the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

One of the better Townplace Suites I have stayed at in traveling for business in the past 15 years.||The hotel has some very nice areas to relax / grill / chill on the patio / swim / shaded. The view in the back is of two holes of the golf course.||The small bar was staffed by a bartender, made a tasty cherry smoked old fashioned which I enjoyed out by the pergola and grill area. Was very quiet and the weather was perfect to relax at the end of the day at dusk.||My hotel room was quiet until a family was very loud outside, until 10ish. Great view of the golf course, had the window ajar and enjoyed the sounds of the drives.||Overall was a nice stay.||Very few dining options on premises (food available to microwave) with plenty to choose from close by.||Worth staying at the hotel if you have business on the North Side of town. Even with the road construction close by, didn’t take long to get to the airport.
