The front desk was very helpful. My family and I were in town due to a funeral. I called to make a reservation. I got there quite early, but Shay had checked me in, and my being early wasn't a problem. Shay and Michelle at the front desk were professional but kind and helpful also. That was so appreciated..so I wanted to write a review.

I'm leaving the review and pictures I wish were available when we booked here. ||I was very impressed with this newer hotel. I've stayed in the area plenty of times before, but this was my first time staying here. Without question, I'll book again. Fresh, clean, modern, and convenient. Walkable to Publix and right off the highway. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was lacking a bit, but my understanding is that they recently lost a staff member who was responsible for that task, so I give grace. The pros definitely outweighed that issue.

Friendly service all week long even when the windows system was down and they couldn't print room cards they didn't mind walking us to our room and opening the doors for us every time! Day and night shifts, awesome! I don't really like breakfast here but, the rooms were super clean and cozy! They have a pool that's open till 10 pm and a workout room too!

This hotel is staffed by outstanding professional people! It is kept spotless. The lady that made breakfast was constantly cleaning and restocking. She greeted everyone and it made for such a pleasant experience. The desk staff was accommodating, professional and also greeted everyone, most people were greeted by name! The only issue I had was that my room wasn’t dark enough, but my bed was really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great room and service was impressive. Mia at the front desk was great, friendly and responsive. She directed us to a restaurant and asked us how it was when we got back. Every staff member we encountered was engaging. Highly recommend. We only stay at Marriott properties and this one is a gem.

Mia and her staff do an excellent job. They are very hospitable & handle guest requests efficiently and effectively. |The hotel is brand new - it just opened two months ago. The property is very well maintained and is conveniently located off of I-20. |There is a Publix grocery store within walking distance.

I thought since this was a brand new hotel it would be great but it’s not. The good…there are usb ports at the desk and end tables, the shower has a small shelf for toiletries, rooms are a good size, appreciate the kitchenette. It’s very tiny and no jacuzzi but there is a pool. Good location. The bad, the shower was dirty and looked like it had yellow pee stains, I asked for it to be cleaned and when I came back it wasn’t. The couch was as hard as a rock, it hurt to sit on. The bed was a double not a queen so we were very cramped and I slept horribly. The air conditioning blows right in your face on the bed. They put the tv right over the desk so my husband was staring at the back of my head when I was working. There is zero water pressure in the shower and no handheld so I could barely rinse myself off, it was really bad. There was no mirror in the bedroom and no place to sit and do your hair and makeup. The breakfast was extra limited and you can’t call that a full hot buffet breakfast, I had the dryest, hardest, no flavor bagel ever. You would think a new hotel would make better design and room layout choices but I don’t think they cared.

Very clean! Brand new, the smell is great. We actually didn't want to leave because the location is amazing too. Target, sams, ross, and publix all walking distance if need be. Breakfast is limited and Waffle maker wasn't in yet but that's ok because we enjoyed the frittatas
