I came to celebrate my daughter’s 20 th birthday! She lives less than a mile away. When I checked in the front desk lady was super nice and actually everybody working here has been extremely kind. The room smelled clean and fresh. Beds were clean and super comfortable. Full kitchen area that was spotless! I have my 8 year old daughter with me and having this set up was ideal for not having to run out for extra needs. I would highly recommend this hotel. I’m a little picky when staying away from home, actually I look forward to visiting my daughter more knowing I have a place to stay that is perfect. There’s tons to do locally as well.

We spent the evening of August 30 in this hotel. The check-in experience was great. Both front desk agents were exceptional. Unfortunately, the only double bed rooms left were ADA compliant, but it really wasn’t a big deal and we were happy to take one. Breakfast was great, food was very fresh, the two attendants were very attentive, and everything was immaculate. My two experiences with the agent on duty that morning were far from great. At one point I asked her if I could have an additional laundry bag. It seems like it was a whole lot of trouble to get her to put her cell phone down long enough to get up and get me a laundry bag. She barely made eye contact because she was so busy scrolling on her phone the entire time that she walked back to get the bag. Once I cleared out the room and came back down to check out, I notified her that the showerhead was broken. She kept insisting that it was just “weird “ so I let her know that the bottom of handle worked just fine, but the top one which would turn off the water to the bottom and drive it up to the showerhead, just kept spinning. Again, she kept insisting it was just “weird” but she was sure it worked just fine. The entire time she was continuing to scroll on her phone and not even barely look up at me. Send Shaffer to send a housekeeping, I wish I reminded her that I was checking out. It wasn’t going to do me any good, but that might concern is that nobody would address in the next guest would have the same experience. I’m assuming that she’s not gonna bother doing anything. It also seems to me that a no cell phone use at the front desk policy needs to be put into place at this hotel.

Monique at the front desk was friendly and professional. I am from LA in health inspection field. While my visit does not entail this hotel and my review is solely independent hence the reason it's anonymous, I must say I was very impressed with the breakfast server who I later learned name is Natalie. She does need to learn to smile but she did not stand for people using their bare hands on food items. She reprimanded grown men and replenished the items daily. I am impressed with this because I travel throughout the US and very few Marriott or high end hotels practices this. If I were the health inspector I. Your region who witnessed this daily, I would give you a passing grade with no hesitation along with the current certification. ||Your management should be proud. ||My only complaints are housekeeping was poor. They had vacuumed the room and hallway but it still looked dirty. ||Also while sitting in the lobby I noticed who I later found out to be the GM walked by a piece of trash on the floor on her way to and from. The bathroom. That say a lot to me. Other than that the few people, Monique Natalie Carla and Dennis made my stay well appreciated. ||Thank you! 😊

We have stayed here many times when visiting our daughter and have always had exceptional service. Stacey the front desk clerk was awesome and made sure our stay was great. Very clean rooms and the breakfast is wonderful.

Consistent excellence should be acknowledged. I travel for business and I need a quiet, clean room in which to stay. I prefer this hotel and and two staff members go above and beyond to make it feel like home. Angela and Stacy are personable, knowledgeable and kind ladies who help me anytime I need assistance. They are consistently excellent. This is a shoutout to their special ability in the hospitality industry. Well done my friends.

Definitely a 3 star hotel. The place was not cleaned before staying! The kitchen had such a weird smell that made me nausea everytime i had to eat there & the sheets didnt smell fresh . Everything just had a strong unclean smell. Could not wait to leave. The toilet had several nasty spots on it but because it wasnt visible when you first look at it thats probably why they didnt bother to wipe the seat down . So nasty. It looked like a build up of dirt from someone sitting. Whether it looks clean or not the toilet should ALWAYS be cleaned before someone new comes in. So disgusting. I know the sheets werent changed either because i saw several blonde hairs in it. Just because something looks fine doesnt mean its clean. Anyway was completely grossed out staying here. Low quality cleaning. Felt dirty staying here.

In the last month, my family and I have stayed twice, due to a passing relative and subsequent memorial service. Tia and Stacy were professional at check-in and my family found that the rooms were exceptionally clean on both occasions. The grounds were kept, parking was safe and well-lit. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center were clean; You can tell that the staff cares about their guests. Breakfast was complimentary and the service was well-attended to. The coffee was great. Kudos to the team here!

I had gone into this hotel to talk about rates and possibly get a room. The lady had asked me to swipe my card without even thinking I did because I hadn’t bought anything yet so I didn’t think I’d be charged but I was charge $170 for a room I didn’t even purchase. I went back to ask about it and I was told it was out of their hands I tried explaining that I need the money to find a new place to stay and they just shrugged me off. I’ve had pleasant experience with Marriott before but I will NEVER be returning after this theft.
