TownePlace Suites Omaha West - Hotel in Omaha - 10865 W Dodge Rd, USA

Stayed over a weekend for a business trip. My flight was delayed so my arrival was very late. Upon arriving the kind front desk quickly checked me in so I could get right to sleep. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful the entire time. My room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of gluten free options. Exactly what I needed. I will absolutely book there the next time I'm in town. PLUS the extra touch of a card and treat in my room was wonderful!

While staying in Omaha for my son’s medical procedures, My wedding rings were stolen from our room by housekeeping. Management was less than helpful and seemed as they didn’t believe us. Just kept saying her staff was very trustworthy. Filed a police report and will NEVER stay at the hotel again. Just so heartbreaking and horrible that people can be so cruel.

The room was really nice and had all the amenities I wanted. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets. I didn't have to worry about toiletries. My short stay didn't allow me to take full advantage of everything. The worst part was that they had no oatmeal and no waffles for breakfast. I choose certain Marriott brands because I want breakfast. All I could get was cold cereal and bread which was not as filling and was quite disappointing. I understand that this is a short, unique inconvenience. However, it does not want me to risk staying here again.

Decent clean hotel. The beds and kitchen were clean and modern. Some of the chairs and carpet were a bit older. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nav and Tasha were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Brintay was super friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of options.

The TownePlace Suites is where we stay every time we visit Omaha. Always well kept property & friendly staff. Jenn was super helpful getting things sorted out in my room (needed bulbs for the bathroom & replaced shower head). Jenn is very attentive to all the guests at the hotel.

The power went out so this delayed us from cking in at 1. Im praying we get into our room soon. So we got in our room and it was clean and a home away from home!!!!!!! I recommend them and they accept pets

Just completed a 5-night stay and was quite disappointed. Despite multiple requests to the front desk, our room was only cleaned once and only the trash was taken out. Our beds were not made even once, let alone the sheets changed. The rest of the hotel public areas were also not well maintained. As a Gold Elite Marriott member, it's one of the most disappointing stay experiences I've had. Definitely will stay elsewhere next time.

Hotel is nice and clean, but there is a family here with 3 young kids under 6 and 1 older kid who appears to be around 13 or 14. The parents or parent allows them to run wild and the staff doesn't seem to care or do anything about it. They are loud daily at breakfast running around with no adult supervision. You can see from this photo that there's not much room so it's very annoying and disruptive to the business people here trying to get their workday started. The younger kids aldo put their hands all over the food without using any tongs and no consideration for hygiene. The staff really needs to get control of this, I expect more from Marriott.
