We have stayed here twice in the last few months. We were very pleased both times. Very new and everything was sparkling clean. The buffet breakfast was pretty standard - sausage, eggs, cereal, make it yourself waffle, etc. Nothing special, but nice enough. Best of all they have a ChargePoint electric car charging station in the parking lot. It has a J1772 plug that is only 8kW. But that’s plenty enough to charge your car overnight. Two outlets. We’ll be back.
The rooms are nicely sized but the room smelled like an animal - which I then noticed they allow based on the door tag you can use to notify them if an animal is present in the room . …and the next day my Platinum benefit of 4pm guaranteed late checkout was denied by the manager even though I only asked for 1pm. They claimed it was “based on avail ability” which sort of takes away the “guaranteed” part of Marriot’s marketing. I definitely won’t be staying here ever again.
Clean, quiet and comfortable. We were able to check in early with the help of the front desk representative. Great location. Stopped for a bite to eat nearby upon check in. The complimentary breakfast was good with lots to choose from. We will be back.
So - I just checked into this hotel last night. Room seemed OK.
There were no cups or glasses - called front desk they were in the dishwasher.. that was no problem. But - when I returned back to my
room that evening - there were no ESPN channels on the TV !
So I called the Front desk and spoke to a very young woman - and she basically said “ those are the channels we have “ ! She said they could watch sports in the lobby. I said I have never stayed at a hotel - especially a Marriott Bonvoy hotel that does not have ESPN.
I asked to speak to a Manager - she said there was not one here on the property. I also stressed that this is a very big problem for this hotel ! I also took this picture of my screen… This is unacceptable !

The Chief engineer walk up and said he saw the email that dispute between Disney and Direct TV. He shared at with me - and these are all the effected stations. Totally unacceptable .. I am requesting a substantial discounts for this huge inconvenience !!
Stayed her for a work trip and had a great experience. Online showed they were out of rooms, but when I called they found me one and got me booked. Super easy, helpful staff.
Breakfast was included, hotel is close to food options and room was clean and nice.
This is the worst experience I have ever had.
I went to the room to find it open and the deadbolt wouldn't unlock. It was extremely dark. Darker than normal.
I left and went downstairs only to find the clerk giving someone a better rate and they were not a member.
I then asked for a refund and she said she couldn't do that. Proceeded to call two people and still said it couldn't be done.
I finally had to call the police to get it taken care care of. The oconomowoc police were very nice and able to get it so I was not charged.
Hats off to our men of service. Not so much for the service cleck who didn't want to do anything and the Marriott. It's shameful that Marriott does not hire people who can do a simple task of customer service.
I can say, I will never stay there and I will question even staying at a Marriott if they can't how people that have customer service skills and are able to care if small problems or in this case, a simple refund.
The clerk needs training at the least and I would say, customer service is not a good profession for her.

This a fairly new facility and we found it to be clean, modern, and everything in the hotel worked. The problem I had is that I needed to charge my electric vehicle. They use Chargepoint and the Marriott website does list a charging station without listing any cost for it. I have used other Marriott hotel chargers at no cost. I parked my car, plugged it in, and when I unplugged it after getting a good night's sleep, Chargepoint charged me over $28. I used about $4 of electricity at most. When we checked in, I did ask the friendly check in person if I needed to unplug it at a certain time. He said it was first come, first served and we can leave it there all night. With my past experience at Marriott hotels with complementary charging, I did not check the Chargepoint site for any pricing details. Apparently this hotel told Chargepoint to charge a parking fee for any car plugged in at their hotel. It does say that the hotel determined the price..on the Chargepoint app. This of course, is a ripoff. I brought it to the attention of the manager and basically was told that I should have looked at the Chargepoint app for pricing details before plugging it in. So, it basically cost me about $24 to park my car at a Towne Place Suites. So, if you have an electric car, charge it elsewhere and do not plug it in at this hotel. It is a ripoff. With this experience, be aware of any charges from this hotel. I am a lifetime Titanium Elite member, but that did not make any difference to the manager.
Ok, for starters, I did not stay here, but merely visited the location. It's clean, modern, and also comfortable. The single bed suite has adequate space, HDTVs, a kitchen area, and a comfy vibe.
There's a pool that's ok for about 20 people, nothing spectacular, but a good chill spot if you're traveling with kids.
