TownePlace Suites Nashville Smyrna - Featured Reviews (402)
I booked 14 rooms for two nights at this hotel and had an amazing experience.
First off, Jacob Mendez was super helpful on the front end. Totally professional and on top of things, but flexible in ways we needed.
Second, the staff were great. Our large group wanted to come to breakfast right before it ended, and they made sure we had enough food. They were just great about everything. Front desk. Housekeeping. Would definitely come back again.
While attending a wedding, my husband and I stayed in this property. It was located within a 20 minute drive to both Nashville and the wedding in Nolensville with quick access to the freeway and shopping/restaurants. Compared to the price of hotels in Nashville, this was a great value. We stayed in room 113. We parked our car at the east end of the hotel and this room was a 15 second walk out the door to our parked car, when coming and going. The hotel has easy access to the freeway but there was no freeway noise in the room. This room definitely smaller than other TownePlace Suites we have stayed in but we weren't in the room much. Breakfast was the standard free fare with many packaged items. The selection of snacks and beverages available for purchase in the lobby was limited. If you're wanting a snack or beverage I would purchase at the super Target in the shopping center just across the freeway. The condition of the hotel was a little run down, scraped walls, the lobby sitting area carpet edge is rolled up and definitely a tripping hazard. When trying to print my boarding passes at the computer in the lobby, the printer was out of ink. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Everything is clean and fresh. Even the extra pillows/bedding. Smells amazing as soon as you enter the hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff was sweet and approachable. Definitely will be staying here again when we are back in town. Definitely a five star review from us.
The staff is great. I enjoy the hot breakfast every morning. I stayed 13 nights for work and the room was perfect for what I needed
Was very comfortable booking here based on the reviews. I was very disappointed! The noisiest hotel we stayed in during our week long vacation. I shouldn’t be able to hear everything the person upstairs is doing from walking to flushing. Got to our room and didn’t have towels. Had to go back down to get towels that should have been in the room already. Used points for this stay and I think I received the worst room on property as a result. I always look at reviews and pictures before booking and everything here was misleading. Will not return.
Stayed here for my sons soccer tournament and the room was nice. It was clean, staff was very friendly and I had a great cocktail at the bar. They have board games at the front desk, so my son and I played a game of monopoly after dinner.
After being on the road 11 hrs my husband, children, and I were exhausted. I called Towneplace Suites in Smyrna and Alex booked us a room. She was so nice and accommodating. I have an autistic son who was in need of milk and she got us 2 cartons, saving my husband from hunting some down. Keep in mind our encounter was at 0256. As a frequent traveler these experiences are what keep me brand loyal. I will be calling corporate about our experience as well! Thanks for going over and beyond, Alex.
Very comfortable and clean space. The staff care about keeping the hotel in good condition and ensuring you're happy with your stay. Beds are cozy to sleep in, breakfast area maintained - both in food and cleanliness Would happily stay here again!
Great one night stay. The attendants, Justin and Linus were absolutely the nicest they could be. Helpful and attentive in every way.
Only negative was the floor and. carpet in room 132. Carpet felt damp and hard floors were very sticky to walk on.

THE BEST ARCADE SPOT ANYWHERE PROBABLY. The selection of games is so much more than any location I've ever been to in my experience, over 50 different pinball machines, they have multiple different Japanese rhythm games including wacca and project di
If you are looking for for a good quick meal, this a great place. The owner is very nice too. I had the veggie platter with falafel, grape leaves, spicy hummus and cucumber salad.
The food was delicious and the service was great!! (I dined in, but forgot to take a photo of the food. ð The Beijing Noodles have a good proportion of meat and vegetables within the lunch serving.
This was my first time ordering here. I placed a to go order for two Japanese Bagel Rolls/TN sushi rolls, with salmon, avocado, and cream cheese. I paid $15.36, each roll came with 8 pieces so 16 pieces total (I ate 2 before taking the pic). I ordere
A fun, welcoming, and diverse area for kids of all ages. The Smyrna Outdoor Adventure has so many entertaining and educational activities - art, games, dinosaurs, climbing, soft play. Even walking in, kids can play on various music making chimes and
Was a really nice park. Great sensory and beautiful. What really got me was the river at the park. It was sooo beautiful and peaceful. If I could and live near that park, it would be the place to go to clear your mind. Seeing an odd fruit that only
