Nice hotel with shopping and dining options very close by, some within walking distance. The pool is well maintained as well as the BBQ grill, gas-powered. Lobby is clean and well organized. Tesla supercharger in the parking lot. It would be nice if they had free Level 2 chargers too but this place is great anyway. Edit: it looks like they do have level 2 chargers now too. However, I didn't try them so I don't know whether they work if there is a cost.

We were traveling home from vacation and decided we needed to stop for a break . We picked this place because the location was so convenient from the highway . Turns out the staff was so nice , the rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy ! This would be a great place to stay for a few days . Big closet, full sized refrigerator with sink and coffee pot . Nice work space If you need to work . Overall a great place .

Location is a plus, the pool is well maintained and the dining area and appearance is good. The only issue I had is that I stayed for 2 weeks on a business assignment and the hotel checked me out and checked me back in 3 days prior. I brought this to the attention of the front desk personnel and I was told that when I check out on my last day I will be provided with a complete bill for all the days that I stayed. It turns out that when I checked out I was not provided with a complete bill and now this will cause issues with my employer. I don't appreciate the lack of honesty regarding this particular issue.

Absolutely great experience, Highly recommended. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Great price and the amenities included were truly a life saver when our VRBO booking for 4 fishermen completely fell apart. AND to top it off the front desk staff, bar attendant, and security were amazing. I am in the area annually and will absolutely 100% be staying here again! Don't change a thing! We loved it!

Locale is fantastic, it's close to everything. Rooms are simple, but clean and beds were great to sleep on. Staff were kind and attentive. Will stay again!

This was a terrible experience. The room was extremely dirty. Hair, stains, dirt. And cockroaches everywhere. Not just the regular kind but the little ones everywhere. The dishes are all dirty, the furniture was worse. Worst of all we found bed bugs in our bed. Would never stay again and don't recommend. Only stayed for one night thank God left our luggage on the cart after spotting the cockroaches. And left the next day. It was the last room available at the time.

Stayed 3 nights for work. Very convenient location with many restaurants and stores nearby. Room was clean and service was great! My only complaint was the water had a strange smell.. possibly just different local water than I am used to. Experienced it while brushing teeth and showering. Don't let that hinder you from staying here!

What a great hotel and location, located next to Pecanland Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Erica. Erica was helpful with dining options and Planet Fitness locations in Monroe. Also the breakfast associate was great and great care of all hotel guest. Rooms are large and comfortable, with good breakfast items.
