TownePlace Suites Mobile Saraland - Hotel in Saraland - 2954 Towneship Blvd, USA

After a tree fell on our house so we could no longer stay at home. We were put up in this hotel. Besides a couple minor incidents in a three week stay. I'd have to say things went well. Friendly staff. Clean pool (deepest end was 4.5 feet deep), hot delicious breakfast every morning. I may never have a need to stay at a local hotel again, but if I do, Towne Place would be my first option.

If I could give them a zero I would. I have stayed here multiple times and all of a sudden today I show up to check in and I’m told my reservation has been cancelled because I’ve been added to their “do not rent” list. I’ve never had an issue in the times that I’ve visited as we come and stay when we’re in town for business. I didn’t even receive a phone call saying that my reservation had been cancelled. When I asked questions about the “do not rent” reasons I was told they were unable to give me that information and that they were following the managers instructions. I would say it’s a case of discrimination. I will be contacting corporate for Marriot first thing Monday morning!

Best room of our entire trip. Even though they had been struck by lightning recently, they still honored our reservation and we had a fantastic pet room, conveniently located near an exit with some of the easiest stairs I've ever climbed. Breakfast was good. They offered very good English tea so I switched after a cup of coffee, which was only OK, not great. Best part of the stay was the convenience of the room.

Excellent stay! The rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly, to include every single one of the maids/housekeeping staff! Very pleased with this hotel. Was the carpet in our room and all around the building peaking up in places, sure, but given recent stays at other Marriot brands, I was beginning to consider other options. This may have saved all that. Breakfast was ok and coffee was hot...it's a hotel, not a restaurant, so I'm good with that. Again super pleased with this stay.

Front desk personnel were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful especially Hannah. House keeping were very good in cleaning my room and had a great personality as they cleaned or saw you on the floor. The hotel was in a great location to the city of saraland and me needs while my residence was being repaired.

I was in the Mobile area earlier this year on business and looking for a hotel for a three-night stay. I checked all my hotel apps and found this Marriot Property that was highly rated and affordable for the price. The hotel looked newer and the rooms looked very modern and clean. ||||Check-in was seamless and I found myself in a very large room. The room was set up perfectly for a business traveller. The room had USB and electrical outlets strategically placed so there were ample areas to plug in my devices. The wifi was easy to connect to and had a very strong signal, perfect for connecting through a VPN or Firewall while still being able to connect to my streaming services. The room itself was very spacious, well decorated and almost a full-sized kitchen. My bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep every night I was there. ||||The property has many areas where guests can socialize and connect on the first floor if they don't want to just stay in their rooms. The lobby was bright with an array of tables and chairs to relax and connect to your devices. The Fitness center was above average and had a very good assortment of fitness equipment including free weights, exercise balls and multiple cardio machines. You can get a good workout in the gym. ||||The food served at breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold items, healthy choices and of course plenty of pastries, baked goods and very good coffee. This was the perfect location for being close to customers, and restaurants and for travelling in the area and into Mobile. I would put this hotel high on my list for future visits to the Mobile area. The only critique I have is that the rooms are very large and the TV's in the main area and the bedrooms are very small.

Recently stayed here on a weeks vacation and it was an excellent hotel in my opinion. I wish all hotels were this clean and quite. Also one of the ladies who works during breakfast hours is amazing. I think her name was Wanda and she is really friendly and really sweet. They should give her a raise for being an excellent worker as well as very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
