I’ll start out with saying that the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. There was hair from previous stayers in the shower railings along the floor and in the shower tiles. However, I would still consider the bathrooms to be cleaned, just not thorough with the cleaning job. Other than that, this place was wonderful! The service at the front desk was so professional and nice. Christine at the front was a sweet heart. The breakfast was incredible and the location was safe. The other people staying at the hotel were kind and no hallways or rooms smelled like smoke. This place is wonderful and would 100% come back!

I'm not a snob, but I'm picky about my hotels. They are my moment of peace and luxury after working. This hotel was exactly what I want. The staff was helpful and amazing. At the front desk, Shawn was amazing, personable and on top of everything. A wonderful stay.

The hotel could use some updating. The lock on our bathroom door did not work, and the building itself is clearly a bit worn down. That said, we slept incredibly well here. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the AC worked well. The lady who checked us in was friendly and professional. The rooms were a bit outdated, but clean. If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to lay your head, this hotel gets the job done.

Positive: The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was wonderful. Negative: There were black hairs on my sheets when I turned my bed down, there was no hair conditioner, towels or wash rags in my room, and they charge me an extra 20 on my debit card for incidentals when I didn?t use anything. I will never be staying there again.

Positive: Room was very large with ample storage and nice kitchenette. There was even a pull-out couch we weren't anticipating. Negative: Pool was out of service (and very small if we had been able to use it)

OK I am going to start with a positive of this particular hotel. It is located in a good area ,fairly quiet and it has other hotels surrounding it. The people that work there are really nice and answer questions and will accommodate your needs if they are able to do so. Now on to the negative parts of my stay. When I first arrived, I was concerned about the condition of the room because I’ve read such mix reviews about staying here. I left my family in the car and I went to the room too assess the room to make sure that there are no bugs and that it was fairly clean. I went to the room check the beds to make sure there was nothing on the bed. I checked the bathroom and the kitchen because in the previous reviews said there were some bugs there. However, the kitchen was fairly clean, except between the Stove in the wall and also between the stove and the refrigerator. It was quite dusty and it had a few food particles there. We decided to stay because there were minimal concerns at the time of check-in. I brought my family up,. As the evening went on We started seeing more things that made us uncomfortable. The carpet was dirty, and had a odd smell. At first I thought it was the paint from the remodeling, but it was not. It was just an awful scent. The beds are extremely hard, and it was really difficult to get comfortable that night to go to sleep. We pulled out the bed from the sleeper sofa and it was stained, and it appeared like it has never been cleaned. Again The floors are dirty with stains h and it just gave off a weird scent. The next day as I was getting up, I was gathering my belongings because we decided not to stay another night. I looked under the bed and there was trash. Which was apparently there from the previous day, because the trash that was present was not anything that we brought into the room. After seeing the trash, our decision was solidified to move to a different hotel. I went down and informed the hotel receptionist and told her about my experience. She was very apologetic and I just paid for one night . The hotel did appear clean on the surface but after staying there overnight we saw things that we were not comfortable with. I recommend this particular hotel if you just need a place to lay down with no other options available. The plus side of this experience is that I never saw a roach because the previous review said they saw bugs but I did not.

I booked my room 7 days in advance with specials request. Handicap room on the first floor. We drove all the way from Houston to little Rock. There no drive up available to the front door. Had to park in the parking lot and walk in. The lady checking us in said sorry we don't have a room on the first floor. but on the 4th floor, I booked it a week in advance special instruction. She said sorry. She then said I give you a free snack. I told i don't want a snack I want handicap room on the first floor. Then I asked for a luggage cart and said I'm sorry I guess there being used. Day 2 we had to drive to Missouri back we tried back around 7:00 pm go to our room and guess what was not clean, no new towels, beds not made----nothing I go down stairs to the same lady from last knight. Asked her if she remember me she said yes. I said guess what house keeping did nothing to our room not clean towels. All she said was I'm sorry let me get you some towels.... I stay at Marriott because they use to be a step above the rest. But no more never again will I stay at a Marriott.

Love this place. Room was great, good water pressure. Close to WM and restaurants. Front desk ladies are awesome!
