Can't give 5 stars because there were a couple of wear and tear issues with the furniture in the room. Wish I could give 4.75 stars. First off, great service as usual with Marriott chains, but where they usually fall short is in room smell and the one I got was just fine. Pretty much everything was exactly how I needed it to be. Breakfast was super awesome! Not the two kinds of cereal you usually find, but 5 different kinds. Also a Texas shaped waffle iron which was awesome. However, no lube for the waffle iron. Come on TownePlace, you were so close. Good eggs and sausage too. I was here for just one night, but if I had to, I wouldn't mind spending a few days. My official rating is 4.75/5 stars. Good job guys!

We stayed here for one night. We arrived a couple hours before check in and they let us check in early, which was nice. The room was clean and well put together. The breakfast was pretty good and they had a lot of items to choose from(waffles, omelets, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, like 6 different cereals, yogurt, bagels, muffins). The woman who worked the breakfast area was so sweet and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and well kept place to stay. There were a lot of fastfood places near by also, which was convenient!

Thank you Trinity and Daniela for being awesome 😎. Just needed a room on short notice. We live 2 blocks away and power went out. Power company couldn't tell us when power might be restored. So needed some place to stay. Nice and quiet place. Will recommend other people to stay there. Thank you

Positive: "" Negative: The room cleanliness was really poor. So bad that your feet got dirty walking on the carpet. I would think that this hotel is very sub par for the Marriott brand and am surprised there hasn?t been updates to the hotel.

The room was fine/good and clean. Breakfast was good and so was the service. It's a fine place to stay, but not a true 5, but a solid 4 in my opinion.

Right behind Hulen Mall, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The cleanliness has went above the requirements for CDC and its noticeable. The room I got was a Studio with a queen size bed, and they are catered for long-term stays, with a nice sized fridge, small stove/oven, a dish washer, and a full size coffee pot. I would say the room would be perfect for a small family of 3 whose planning to stay for 3 or more days. Although there are 2 separate buildings, the gentleman at the front desk allowed us to choose between the two and the floor. Lucky us, maybe, but just goes to show their strive for excellence in the customer service department. Was a wonderful experience

The rooms are nice and spacious with full kitchens and living room the lady's and gentlemen that work at the front desk are so nice and patient definitely will be staying here again

Check in desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities such as gym and breakfast area are very small. For 2 bldgs of rooms having around 5 tables for bkfst gets crazy busy and hard to move etc. Pool was closed for some reason as well. The dog poop around the hotel was a bit much and understand it's lazy guests but is a healthy issue as well. The rooms need a bit of work as appeared to be wet and moldy above AC all the time. In addition the TV doesn't swivel enough so to watch in bed you have to move the heavy dresser which isn't ideal.
