I'll never stay anywhere else but here when I visit the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The location was great and very quiet. I was in town for a work conference and had some issues, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Moises checked me and and the manager Katina helped with any issues that came up. The rooms are super clean, have a full kitchen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash available for use in full size bottles and large fluffy towels. I was in town for 6 days and ended up getting very ill with 2 vertigo episodes and they checked up on me and treated me like family, which was a blessing since I was alone. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I rented this room and the evening staff was amazing. The grave yard lady was not friendly and helpful at all. My husband and I did not feel safe as we were greeting at 1:00am by a individual that was on drugs as we pulled up to the hotel. we went to the front desk and informed the lady the guy was outside by peoples vehicles and we did not feel safe. The front desk member had no customer service nor was sympathetic towards the situation. She stated she was calling the pd and that was a lie the individual was staying in the hotel a couple doors down from our room. He cursed my husband out in the hallway and bumped his shoulder. We checked out of the hotel and have to travel 8 hours back home on no sleep and upset about the entire encourter. No where to park in parking lot was told to park down the road. Several vehicles did not have a tag in window and we were told at check in vehicles would be towed if no tag. This is not such a great location after dark. I would not recommend!!

Checked into this hotel after a horrible experience with a nearby hotel. All around pleasant experience starting with the kind greeting and easy check-in. Good breakfast, nice laundry room, expansive gym facility and pool area. Large fully stocked room with kitchen.

Great location near downtown FW and very friendly staff. The free parking helped us decide between this location and others more centrally located. We were not disappointed. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable beds. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it was nice to have the large fridge. Location is near a train, but we didn't hear it at all from our room. You could walk the short distance into downtown if you want, but we generally opted to drive as we planned on going multiple places.

My family and I (myself, wife, our daughter/6, & our infant son/4months) stayed here while I was here for a business trip and this place made our trip amazing! Katina is the sweetest lady ever and so very helpful. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The staff is all very friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a place for us to stay!!!

Personnel tres sympa. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée petite kitchenette Frigo un peu bruyant mais juste ce pb et voie ferrée comme beaucoup d’hôtels en Louisiane Grande salle de bain. Grand lit confortable. Chambre calme parking Dommage piscine non nettoyée sinon hôtel très bien et bien situé à pied du centre environ 15mn à pied de tout. Petit déjeuner sucré salé simple et industriel mais suffisant et inclus ce qui est bien mais à 230 euros une chambre on peu inclure le,petit dej compte tenu que ce n’est pas nyc non plus en conclusion je recommanderais cet hôtel pour le confort le parking et le personnel

I stayed at this hotel during most of June, while working in Fort Worth. The area felt safe, my room was comfortable, and service was great. Everyone I met was nothing but polite and helpful. Thus contributed to my feeling less homesick while working in another state.

Older hotel that needs a touch-up. It is located in downtown Fort Worth near Stockades and is very safe. It's disappointing as a Marriott property in that it has not been upgraded in certain areas. The management is very responsive and serious about customer service, but they are behind the 8 ball due to the condition of the building. I stay in hotels at least 150 nights a year and consider myself pretty up to date on modern features and the little things that make a difference. I have requested that the person responsible for booking my stays not book me here again.
