TownePlace Suites Fort Walton Beach-Eglin AFB - Hotel in Fort Walton Beach - 843 Eglin Pkwy, USA

The suites come with a good study desk, chair and a kitchenette. Had a view of the bay. The patio had a decent view and had grills. The pool looked small. Could see 4th of July fireworks from here. It's 2024 and there's wasn't a single EV charger/option to plug-in at the property. Marriott should seriously consider this.

The wife and I just stayed there for 4 days while vacationing from Michigan. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Had a nice balcony room overlooking the bay that had dolphins. Was a great experience and I don’t see why it’s only a 2 star hotel. Would visit again.

This has been a horrible experience, I would never stay at this hotel again. The Television has not worked for 2 days, the breakfast was horrible, when I asked about it, I was told they are working on it and it was an overall outage at the hotel. Seems nobody knew what was going on. I am asking for a refund for my stay.

The ventilation system on the roof is SO LOUD it vibrates the walls & light fixtures on 4th floor. Even 3rd floor! Sounds like a train. Wish the sound would play in the videos I took! You won’t be able to sleep. The hall carpet beside the foyer is FILTHY. Don’t stay here you’ll regret it.

Newly renovated rooms, beautiful deck with grills and fire pits for your use by the pool and a lovely deck overlooking the water, very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful

Usually this is a really nice hotel stay, as we've been here before, but when we arrived they had no hot water. They said water would be off the next day 9am-2pm to fix it, but it still wasn't fixed by 5pm, so we left. We had asked for a discount or some sort of compensation, but the management wasn't very understanding and did nothing. We would have stayed and waited it out, but we weren't risking to pay full price for another night of cold showers!

My sister and I stayed one night and it was so cozy. At the time, the hotel was under renovation and did not offer hot water. However, upon arrival, we did have hot water and an incredible view of the Cinco bayou and Choctawhatchee bay. The view was spectacular!!! Breakfast was yummy!!!
