TownePlace Suites Dallas McKinney - Hotel in McKinney - 1832 Marketplace Dr, USA

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. A couple of things to know. We stayed in a studio suite on the fourth floor. The coffee maker cord was too short and had to be placed precariously in order to get it to work. The TV was unwatchable as there was a weird glare no matter how many lights were turned on or off and the contrast made it too dark. The water was way too hot I scolded myself twice. The breakfast is what you would expect for a complimentary continental breakfast. I did like the spinach and Swiss quiche I had it twice. Please note that this is also next to a fire station so take that into consideration for the noise level. Again the staff was lovely and the hotel was very clean

The hotel was confortable. the brakfast was great complaments to the chef . I was apart of The trinidad group kirray always had a welcoming smile and very helpful 10 out of 10 i'll stay here a million times more whenever I visit Texas thanks for the hospitality.

I had the pleasure of staying here and got to know the assistant manager, Tiffany. She alone is a reason to stay here! Talk about going above and beyond for guests. There needs to be more people out there like Tiffany. Great experience at this hotel. Staff is wonderful and kind, very clean rooms, very nice breakfast and snacks to choose from! Definitely recommend!

Brian was extra nice and a man of his word when I came. I was once in the lobby too long and he granted me a room on them. Due to the lack of employers was the only reason my wait was so long . Great place and Brian is a great manager as well. I look forward to staying here again as long as they allow me to bring I was a little late cc checking out. With that being said they actually never rushed me to leave or any of that like other motels so overall One if not THE top ten of my favorites. Thank you Brian and also try his is Kenneth the one that told you about breaking up those drunks that wasn't supposed to ever be there. Just giving credit where it's due. Ty in advance for a wonderful living experience

Positive: The stafff...absolutely AMAZING! They were courteous, helpful, friendly, and they never made you feel like you were asking 'stupid questions'. Negative: lack of cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, there were DIRTY dishes in the dishwasher, and in the cabinet! Tissue?? on the floor upon arrival and after our room was 'cleaned', it had moved closer to the bed...floor was gritty, bed was sloppily made!

I've been visiting this location for about 7 months now. Each time I come whether it's evening or late night I'm greeted with professionalism. KIRRAY makes sure I'm in a room close to the elevators, because I travel solo at times. She goes above her scope of work and walks me up to the room to make sure it's ok. I really love coming to this location. I feel at home.

Overall good but not great. Location is really awesome and staff was friendly but room to us was not ready, especially kitchen things. There was no scissor, cutting board and other simple items missing. No serving spoons. Two lamps were not working and really don’t know why they are still kept there. Restroom shower just started shooting every where…..had to clean the mess. I think management needs to revisit the items that are kept as Kitchen readiness and overall room should be checkin ready…

The staff at the front desk were nice. The breakfast attendant kept jumping in front of people to restock while some people were trying to get their food. The same breakfast, spinach keech were sometimes super cold in the middle, the eggs looked spongy like lab grown eggs, the sausage looked and tasted like it was boiled. We found an alive roach in the bathroom. The room was like a box. King size bed and a sofa bed should not touch one another when the sofa bed is pulled out. We won't be staying here again.
