Only good thing about this hotel was that the hallways were very bright and clean. |Bad : |Trip to the front desk #1: Tv remote batteries had to be replaced|Trip to the front desk #2: Wifi didn’t accept our name/room # and we even made a visit to the front desk, and they couldn’t help. |Tv sound and picture out of sync by 10 seconds - unwatchable!|Breakfast selection poorer than any I’ve ever seen at this “breakfast included”style of hotel (and we were there in the first 30 minutes of it being available). Instant oatmeal. One warming tray held only remnants of what appeared to be rice, the other held muffins. Only a small variety of breads. |Final bad : Milk to wash down our breakfast, soured ! Only then realized that the date on it had passed.

The location was close to the main highway and shopping. A casino was located within walking distance. There's an LA Fitness across the parking lot. Around the corner were Walmart, Aldi, Mod Pizza, Tropical Smoothie, and Panda Express, just to name a few. The hotel was nice and clean. It was a complete kitchen set with pots, pans, and dinnerware if you chose to eat in. The parking lot is well lit. They had breakfast as well with options such as cereal, oatmeal, potatoes, etc. Good thing they had plant-based milk. There was a nice sitting area, and if needed, they will let you check out various cooking items like a rice cooker. The staff was friendly and attentive. They had some snacks and packaged food items for sale up front.

It was our first time being here and let me just say I had a great experience at this hotel 🏨 I want to say Jesse did an amazing job on service and met all of mine and my family’s needs thank you Jesse. And I will be back soon .

Good location, pleasant staff. Housekeeping was sketchy, ( no service in the five days we were there, talking with the manager did not resolve this), breakfast varied from good to ok

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the TownePlace Suites and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, Ian at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. His friendly and professional demeanor set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and I had a great night's sleep every night. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the made-to-order omelettes. The dining area was clean and inviting, and the staff made sure everything was well-stocked and attended to. What impressed me the most was the exceptional level of service provided by the entire staff, but especially Ian. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I had a pleasant stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or addressing any concerns I had, Ian was always attentive and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend the TownePlace Suites, thanks in large part to the wonderful experience I had with Ian at the front desk. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to excellent customer service truly made my stay memorable. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

I really like this hotel. It's close to my office with lots of shopping/ food options close by. Full-size coffee maker, fridge, freezer, microwave & cooktop make it easier to stay for a few days! Friendly staff, clean rooms, dishwasher, counter space, drawers in the bathroom - I love that I can put things away instead of living out of my suitcase.

Stayed here 3 nights with a large group for a business trip and enjoyed my stay. Warm welcome at check-in by friendly staff. This is a pretty new, and modern property. Rooms include a fridge, microwave, sink, mini dishwasher, two burner glass-top stove, full size coffee maker, and a toaster. Most everything you need is provided but if you are like me and bring/buy your own coffee then you will need coffee filters. There is a Walmart very close by, and a Target about 10 minute drive from hotel.

We had an excellent stay here. The staff was amazing. Ian was very friendly and helpful and Latavia went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was really good and was always set up early. The firepit in the front of the hotel was nice. I have stayed in many of these Townplace and Springhill properties around the country and world and this one was a cut above. We highly recommend this hotel.
