We stopped here for one night on our way to Florida. After a long day of driving, we were looking forward to getting some dinner and a good nights rest. The room was clean, modern and noticeably new. The lobby was also very clean and had a great sitting area as well as a nice complementary breakfast. ||Our troubles began after we had come back from dinner. We were all taking turns showering and when it was my turn, I noticed the sound of loud bass music. I thought maybe it was something else because who would do that at a hotel? Now, I do understand that it was early, about 8pm but we were all exhausted and planning on waking up early to finish the drive. The music ended up stopping for a little while and I was able to fall asleep no problem. However, I woke up at about 10:30 to banging on the walls, yelling and more music. I assume they went out for a bit and ended up coming back. My husband, who had not been able to sleep, made the decision to ask for something to be done. It turns out that they were staying for a long period of time. The hotel staff said that they are unable to tell them to be quiet. Keep in mind, It was after 10 at this point, during the hotels “quiet hours”. The man at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. He offered a room switch (which we took) and also took some money off. He was extremely apologetic and I could tell that he truly felt very sorry about the situation.||While it was a pain to have to pack everything up at 11pm and move rooms, it was worth the effort. Once we got settled again, we were able to sleep comfortably and well. Breakfast was yummy and had more options than I was expecting. ||Overall, beware of the noise. They advise as having soundproof walls but that was not the case at all. You could also hear people above you but that was not a problem once it became night time. Most people staying here were very considerate of the other guests.
We stayed here twice in one week as a halfway point up and down for a trip. The hotel feels safe, is in a good location, the staff were friendly and the rooms are spacious. However, it only appears nice and new at surface level. Our first room had hairs on two different towels, scuff marks around the bathroom and the flooring wasn’t complete. It didn’t go all the way to the edge around the whole bathroom, which seems like it would be an issue for mold later on. The second room had drag marks across the floor, seemingly from moving the fridge. There was a stain on the back of a pillowcase and the bathroom and room didn’t feel clean overall.
We chose this hotel based off of all the great reviews! So I have to leave my own for anyone looking to know that this is a GREAT place to stay!
Very very clean and the staff is so friendly. The drive to all the local attractions was easy. There was a stove, fridge, sink and dish washer in the suite. Which really helps if you don’t want to pay to eat out every night you are in town. We filled up our trash can and Roscoe went to find us a new trash bag when I asked for one with no hesitation and no questions. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. I would definitely come here again.
My family was pleasantly surprised by our stay here! The hotel still feels brand new and our room was quite spacious and included a full kitchen. As a long time Marriott platinum elite member I can count on one hand the number of times I felt I was actually given a better room based on my status and I was thrilled to be greeted warmly here and given a corner room on the top floor. The breakfast options were endless with something for everyone! We were in the area to do some hiking and found the location to be convenient to traveling to the different parks while also being near some good food options. We would definitely stay again!
We stayed here overnight to cut a 6 hour drive in half. The staff was very welcoming and kind, helping us to our room in minutes. The room had a nice view of the mountains (albeit far away). Pretty affordable and even had a gym that was pretty well equipped. Would recommend!
Rachel at Towne Place Suites went out of her way to make sure we had the best accommodations after a very long day of travel. Our room was perfectly clean and perfectly comfortable! We were very impressed with the overall hospitality of the staff, including those who were preparing & serving breakfast!
Great stay …. Great location … wonderful service… Well equipped fitness center …beautiful new room with everything you could need (very well appointed kitchenette). Nice quiet location and building! ||Will be the ONLY place I stay in Chattanooga |Can’t recommend this hotel enough!
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast is phenomenal, the service is amazing, and the rooms are spotless. Only downfall… if you live in Chattanooga, they will not let you stay here and when reserving it does NOT state that policy.

Good food! Cheese dip okay, wood oven chicken crispy, juicy, and flavorful.
Spinach and pineapple pizza good! Housemade tomato sauce tastes fresh. Mango-habanero crispy wings really tasty! Not really spicy, just right. Good first experience!
Entire family had a blast. The young ones (12 and 10) loved the throwing stars as the axe was a little more difficult for them. Enjoyed being able to throw some of stress at a target and relax!
First time and we had a fantastic dining experience. Ordered the goat korma and saag paneer. The goat was very tender and the korma was perfectly balanced. Saag paneer was thick in the spinach, which is the way I like it. Came with an appetizer of pa
Tennessee Welcome Center is very clean with lots of passenger parking and some commercial spots. There is a walking path around WC and vending areas. There is an art sculpture to the far side of the main building, tho it was too dark for photos. Picn
Always very clean, lots of great items for a lower price. Love the medicine prices, you can't get that anywhere else. I always stock up when coming here.
This is mine and my husband's Christmas morning tradition. The service at the East Ridge. TN store is always so inviting and cheerful even with all the staff going as fast as they can. MERRY CHRISTMAS staff.
