The room was very nice, comfortable clean a lot of amenities, stove, refrigerator, toaster curry coffee pot everything you would need to have a comfortable enjoyable stay even on a long-term basis. The room came with a breakfast which included sausage, bacon eggs they had a waffle maker hard boiled eggs, the woman there who was taking care of it was very hospitable Asked me a couple times if she could get me anything else, even though it was a self-serve she worried about my comfort which was a nice surprise. When you have people like that working for you that makes your stage just a whole lot better and makes your hotel look a whole lot better. The van service was very nice friendly. Would I stay again yes

My family and I traveled down to Charleston for Spring Break and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, and smelled really good when we walked in. The stay was made extra exceptional from two of the team members. Ashley at the front desk was very sweet and personable. She got our every need met quickly and even called the room to make sure everything was okay after a small concern my mother had. Ashley always kept a smile on her face and talked to everyone that came in. Ashley is the type of employer that everyone needs in their establishment as she exhibits wonderful customer service. The other person is Donna in breakfast. I loved her spirit. She so also very sweet and helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. I will be booking this hotel anytime I am in Charleston.

Stay for 8 days celebrating a 100 birthday!|I must said service was excellent . Also must especially said a big thank you to Donna & Ben H for their service & hospitality. Donna makes you feel right at home. I stay last July for 7 days ; Donna was so helpful and friendly I had to come back again. thanks guys. See you in May.

We stayed at the Towneplace Suites for our family reunion this past weekend. The hotel was nice but the customer service that we received from Ashley at the front desk was phenomenal. She made us feel so special from the time we checked in until we left. It was as if she was family too. Thank you Ashley

Floors are greasy and filthy. Expect to end up with black feet if you walk barefoot in your room. Room smells of heavy sanitizer, completely nauseating. The rest of the hotel is not far behind. It’s sad this place used to be nice but it’s sliding into decay.

Check in was a breeze. Clean rooms. Quiet stay. Breakfast Saturday morning felt like I was at a Waffle House. The service staff Sat morning were just lovely people! Love being asked if I need anything from a person who genuinely means it. Great staff! 10 starts for them.

If you're ambassador status and in town for work choose a different Marriott if a "kitchen" is what you're looking for. Checked in on Sunday, its now Friday and housekeeping has yet to come by. App states house keeping every other day. On check in they did not state alternate house keeping schedule. Asked about house keeping on Thursday, didn't get any actual answer and to at least deliver clean towels, which they did. They did not take the old towels. Too little too late unfortunately. Choose a different property. Checkout update: Can confirm this hotel does not do any type of housekeeping for in house guests. June 16th-June 24th zero house keeping. Asked on multiple occasions. At this rate it's not an accidental oversight. They are intentionally not doing house keeping. Dirty towels and trash in the hallways.

The entire staff is AMAZING! The front desk manager checked me in early and I didn’t have to wait in the lobby for two hours upon arrival. Ms Donna was such a breath of fresh air in the morning with her southern hospitality and kindness. The location is PERFECT since the hotel is adjacent to the Tangor outlets and close proximity to several top shelf restaurants/breweries. I’m coming back later this year and I look forward to staying at the Towne Place North Charleston Airport hotel.
