Wifi didn’t work during stay. Could fully hear a normal conversation from the room next door (super thin walls). Room was clean and bathroom was nice.

This hotel was very dated. The entire hotel was very worn and dirty. The small details in our room that we expect with Marriott properties was missing. For example, towels being placed without care causing us to wonder if the room had actually been cleaned. Upon check in the young man working hardly acknowledged my husband as he had Air Pods in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I arrived to a warm welcome from the host. The hotel is in a location that provides privacy but is close enough to a town to go out and do stuff. I did not experience any services besides the breakfast that was great and that’s the only reason that gets 4 stars instead of 5.

Walking distance of a great strip of restaurants and a few stores. Welcoming and nice place. Enjoy the breakfast but would love to see a little more variety besides breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal. The food is good, just repetitive.

I'm giving this a one star because this room was just short of $350. Then had nerve to charge 10 for ungated parking that was sketchy. If it was 119 - 130 maybe be higher rating. This place is in nowhere land so not sure why soooo expensive. The service should be ZERO bc I did everything myself. The rooms were updated and the bed and pillows were highlights. The curtains did not close so someone left duct tape on wall to seal curtains clearly housekeeping does a minimal job of cleaning.The plugs didn't charge. The air was loud, hard to control. Bathroom was loud too. They had a whole kitchenette but no complimentary water for coffee making or taking medication. The "breakfast" was disgusting all frozen food disguised as fresh. Coffee was good. This was an upgraded Motel 6 imo and still perplexed why it was so expensive. Next time for work I'll just stay in a higher end hotel if I'm going to be charged this much. Truly disappointed in Marriott Bonvoy. OH AND COULDN'T USE INTERNET BC IT WAS DEEMED UNSAFE AND SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO HACK MY INFO!!!???? I might ask for a refund.

Service was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurants and bar within walking distance. There were some issues. 1. Key stopped working second day for several people in different rooms. 2. I came back to my room with the tv on advertising, freaked me out thought someone broke into the room or I entered some one else’s room. 3. I could hear the fridge compressor all night in the single bed room. 4. Only one elevator so if you get a room at the far end it’s quite a walk each time. The elevator also says 2 people or one family recommended…

Great location in Thousand Oaks. Easy to get to and maneuver. Staff was friendly, although communication could be better. My reservation had originally been "cancelled" (it was 4am when I arrived) but the front desk worker got me checked in, with a late check out. Noon on the dot I was getting a call about check out. So the afternoon attendant wasn't informed about the late check out time. Overall a decent stay in a convenient location

Always stay here because it like home away from home. I heard they will be renovating this Mayso rooms will not look a little old. We got a room with a kitchenette and it is well equip for our needs. The hotel is tucked in and so very quiet compared to others where you could hear road noise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Never saw a grumpy employee. Their rooms are good for what the hotel is. Good breakfast everyday and they ALWAYS REFILL so even if you arrive like on the last 30 mins of the breakfast schedule, there is enough choices still compared to other hotels that it is a "You snooze, you lose." kinda thing. Internet connection is great. Last 2 days of our stay, my husband was able to have Zoom meetings! Patking is not a problem as there is plenty of space to park. We arrived at 2am because of a late flight arrival, getting the rental and driving. But we were attended to like it is just in the middle of the day. AC wasn't working in the room but it was attended to 1st thing the next day. Our 1 week stay had been enjoyable and would be staying here is we are back in CA. Only downer is the refrigerator and AC would alternately cycle humming. But to me that is just white noise. However, to my husband who is sensitive to any bit of noise, it is a problem until you fall asleep. So would to give a 5 but because of the refrigerator and AC, would give a 4 for now. Maybe next visit? Would love to see how the reno would turn out. 🙂
