This was probably one of the best stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The breakfast was top tier for a hotel. Overall, the whole environment felt extremely relaxing and homie. Absolutely would recommend anybody to come straight here if they have intentions of visiting the St. Louis Area.

We have been staying at this hotel regularly for the past 3.5 years whenever we come into town to see family. The experiences here are always positive—from the property itself, to the spacious rooms, to the convenience of the laundry facilities, to the amazing staff. I don't know whose idea it was for hotels to start putting up air fresheners everywhere, but they need to stop. There are millions of people in the world who have fragrance allergies. I am one of them. This makes for a miserable stay. Please stop spraying air fresheners and putting air fresheners in your hotels! There is a conference room right off of the kitchen area in this hotel. They actually have a machine in the room that cranks out this awful fragrance. Not knowing this, I booked the conference room for an all-day work event. I had a pounding headache just 10 minutes into the stay and had to open the exit door just to breathe. I unplugged the machine, but it just reeked. Another person in the room was affected by it, but he had allergy medicine that helps him. Nothing helps my fragrance allergy - I've tried everything. Please consider this and remove the fragrance!

This was a very nice stay. They have 2 large gas grills you can use to cook some steaks or burgers, whatever you like. They also have a pool and gas fire pit outside. The kitchenettes are clean, water preasure was great and the beds are very comfortable. All of the staff are polite and curtious. In all, it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

I really like this place. I come here for business one week at a time. This is my first week here. New, very clean, friendly staff, extremely organized, room service is awesome, they make feel at home. The suite is so sweet elegant very carefully decorated, I love the kitchenette everything you need is there. High quality. The TV has great variety of channels. Every morning nice hot breakfast. The mobile key in the app is lovely. The hotel is in the middle of shopping and restaurants plaza close to the highway Highly recommended

First time staying here with a family and I highly recommended. This hotel is great place, great people, nice service and clean from the outside and inside. The continental breakfast is awesome. They have the pool inside, a nice size for a family and a mini fitness room. There's a fireplace and the grills right next to the pool. I would stay here again if I travel to St. Louis or the surrounded areas. 🥰

On recommendation from a family member, we stayed at the town place suites on O’Fallon from Thursday night until Tuesday afternoon. I should have known from the beginning that this state was going to be a disaster. I called before I arrive and asked if there were any king suite available. Over the phone, they said they could accommodate. I’ll arrive at the front desk the girl waiting ask if I would like a room. I said yes, I just called about the king suite less than five minutes ago we began to have an awkward stare down for five minutes as she began to count change. I asked, are you going to give me the keys she say oh I didn’t know you wanted the room. When she gave me the keys, she informed me that our next room cleaning wouldn’t be until Saturday reluctantly, and annoyed I took the keys. I went to grab my pregnant wife from the car and we headed to the room. As soon as we open the door, they were a pack of batteries lying on the floor. I thought this was weird and out of place so I threw him in the trash. As she began to unpack her bag, I did my usual bedbug check. I lift it to the mattress and to my surprise there was a crushed box of condoms which I’m sure is still there. Saturday comes and we arrive back to the room and it was not clean. Sunday I was as we were leaving, we ask the front desk could a room be serviced and they reply the staff was too busy, but they will give us towels. Monday after five days of stay, room was finally clean which yet again someone left batteries on our sink. A long story less long town place in O’Fallon will not get a good recommendation for me.

Great size room with comfy beds. Decent breakfast included (heated up burritos and sandwiches that were probably frozen but tasty nonetheless! Plus most hotels dont seem to offer free breakfast anymore so something is absolutely better than nothing). We appreciated how pet friendly it was with a reasonable(ish) pet fee of $50. Decent location with easy highway access and some food options nearby (mostly chains). Very friendly staff. Definitely happy with the choice to stay here overnight while on a cross country roadtrip.
