Me and my family had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the pillows were soft. The front desk agent Deandrea was courteous and very willing to help. My niece and nephew loved staying here. We will be back for our next family trips. Thank you!

The room was nice and clean, and beds were very comfy. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional, Sharon and Lindsey in particular were great! Definitely made me feel welcomed||And the breakfast in the morning was incredibly tasty, one of the better free hotel breakfast I have had.

The staff is amazing Sharon who works in the kitchen is the sweetest and absolutely the best! The front desk gal Lindsey is absolutely amazing as well. They are both very helpful and just the best! I absolutely recommend. The food was good. The rooms were clean.

The service at TownePlace Suites was commendable. I checked in late at night and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. They made the process smooth and hassle-free, ensuring I could get settled in quickly as I had an early morning meeting at 6 am. The lobby provided a clean and quiet space, allowing me to run my meeting without any disturbances. This attention to maintaining a serene environment speaks volumes about the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The presence of a gym and a swimming pool added value to my stay. These facilities were well-maintained, providing an opportunity for relaxation and exercise, contributing to the overall positive experience. TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Bossier City is a good place to stay, offering excellent amenities, a clean and comfortable room, and friendly service. While there were minor issues in the bathroom that could be addressed, they did not significantly impact the overall quality of my stay. Kia Houston greeted me with great hospitality. She made the check-in process extremely quick while informing me of what all the hotel has to offer. The room is in top notch shape and the hotel is located in a convenient spot. I recommend if traveling through the area.

The service here was beyond expectations. They go above and beyond to help and everyone is so friendly. The place is clean. We only stayed one night but felt like we knew the staff for years. If you want a good clean friendly place to stay I can’t rave about this place enough. We will stay here again the next time we are in town. And the best part is they accept pets. They were great with our puppy and very accommodating.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Kia Houston was a lot of help checking in. The rooms were nice for the dollar amount compared to some of the other hotels in the area. There are also restaurants within walking distance for convenience.

My stay at Townplace was awesome. I was greeted by the front desk person Deandrea warmly she wasfast and made sure I was comfortable. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast is good and I’ll stay here any time.
