It was a good experience here, though they really need to work on sound insulation for the hotel rooms. Every time somebody went in and out of the bedroom the law was so loud, it woke us up during the evening. The venue was very clean , tidy and the staff are friendly.

Stayed here during a girls trip. Check in was unusually long which I don't understand because we paid for the room at booking. We finally get checked in, the front desk called to let me know that maintenance needed to come change out the air conditioning filter, this was at 5pm, so why wasn't this completed before we checked in, is an inconvenience. Upon our return from dinner, we were locked out of our from from the inside out, by the safety lock. We went back to the front desk, to report it and he mentioned that maintenance had left for the day, but he would be up to assist. It took a while for him to make it to our room. Once he did he had some soft of tool. It was quite disturbing to know our safety was at jeopardy. Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the rooftop to check out the views. Otherwise, the room was spacious and it's a great location for the superdome and the French quarter.

Room was comfortable and shower was great. The valet attendant was one of the nicest guys and very helpful. He recommended some really good food, so trust his suggestions. Primary drawback was the street noise even when on the 7th floor.

This hotel should be condemned. Do not stay here. There are better, safer and cleaner options in the area.(Home2suites) I had 5 rooms booked for a 3 night stay we checked out immediately after seeing the condition of the rooms. Black mold, torn carpet, broken furniture stained couch, and missing stove top burners. The air conditioners do not work the carpet was dirty, and the beds were not clean and stained with bodily fluid.

Just spent last weekend in New Orleans and this hotel was an absolute delight. The front desk clerk Latanya was awesome, so nice and polite and helpful with all our needs. The roof top view is to die for, my only suggestion is house keeping could improve some but overall this is a great place to stay and my group was HAPPY :D

There are some advantages. I appreciated the large room, mini kitchen with frig and microwave and kitchen items. The price is affordable. You can walk to the trolley, which is $3 for an all day pass or $1.25 per ride. However there was a strong chemical odor in the hallway. I was there on business, and there was no safe in the room for valuables. There was quite a bit of street noise and police sirens as the hotel faces Canal Street. (I asked for a room facing away from Canal Street, but it was still bothersome.) The area did not feel safe for walking alone at all. The breakfast was very mediocre, and I had to get breakfast elsewhere most days. Given all of these issues, I will likely stay elsewhere next time.

We had a great stay! Shout out to Kenneth at Valet. He was very prompt and helpful, especially with helping us get our bags in the car in the rain!

My experience with this hotel has been LESS THAN SATISFACTORY this go round. I stayed here in Feb 2023 and I was very satisfied, which is why I decided to stay again in Dec 2023, but I am SAD to say that this stay was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! Me and my guest had to ask for WAAAYYYY too many things, REPEATEDLY, and to endure attitudes from SOME of the FEMALE front desk staff and the housekeepers assigned to our room during our stay (Room #1110- Dec 26 thru Jan 2). We had to request extra clean towels, bath mats, PAPER TOWELS (that we NEVER got), dishwashing AND dishwasher packs, hangers, replacement of soiled sheets (which we assumed came with cleaning of the room), Coffee packets, body washs that was EMPTY, NEVERRRR got ANY trash bags (had to use bags we had from restaurants), and we asked for another box od tissues, NEVER CAME. THESE are things that WE ASSUMED should come with the cleaning of the room, but maybe we were mistaken. For this 8 day stay, I paid almost $2000 and to say IM DISSATISFIED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! The lackadaisical ATTITUDE and SERVICE definitely cannot be IGNORED!!!! Something needs to be done to correct the staff's performance and the LEVEL OF SERVICE, me and my guest received!!!!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!
